It is 5:30 pm and the store hours are until 6:00 pm, but the doors are locked and no one is coming to the door when u knock. Absolutely infuriating.

Xfinity customer service has now topped my list of the absolute WORST that I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Their automated system repeatedly blocks you from speaking to an agent and then hangs up on you. I highly recommend that no one do business with this company. They are TERRIBLE

This store is not the problem, but the overall company is! Service was out for one full day in South Ogden, Utah. After work was completed, my family is not able to access the iPhone remote feature. System says it could take up to 4 minutes and it's been 2 days! Online chat did not resolve anything. Terrible customer support for this very expensive system. I don't recommend Xfinity for anyone In addition, some window sensors are not placed properly. Extremely difficult to replace batteries and impossible on some without relocating devices. Recommend Homefront or ADT.

XFINITY is not compliant with Regional Operations, nor any other legal requirements that need be met in our community. I know this is fact. I am an NTSC, FCC, PAL, SEACAM editor for my documentary films. They are not compliant with federal and state law(s). A bandwidth they hoped no one would notice, but how can't you, when they are using ATnT towers. It's a sickness of criminal activities in my community what I've discovered with XFINITY. They use lowest-level platforms that will interfere with every connection you have. Non-compliancy is the problem and they are contributing to cybercrime and those criminals in Park City, Utah. They are not compliant!

Make sure you delete all of your credit card information before cancelling your service, they still charged me for the entire month, even though they assured me they would fix my bill to only pay for the days of the month I used it. And I even contacted one of their agents through their chat to make sure they were not going to charge me for the entire month as my card was in auto pay and they had restricted my access to change it online right after I cancelled my service. Now they told me I have to wait 7 days to get my money back, money I really need to pay other bills. Terrible service.

Drove to park city, half an hour away from me, during their open hours. I get here and the lights are on but the door is locked and there's no one in sight. The paper on the door says they're supposed to be open till 6pm. It's now 4pm on a Wednesday. Kinda irritating.

seriously I’ve had to come back four times to this store to get the correct information for my cable boxes and wifi. Four times, now there’s a sticky note on the door, did you know VDay is a National Holiday?

This is the absolute worst service. Save yourself future troubles and stay away from this company which only stays in business because people have no other option but them.

Don't use their service. It is extremely unreliable. They randomly upgrade their system without warning. Really not good, especially if you're a remote worker. They do random upgrades in the middle of the work day. When I call, they tell me "so sad, too bad."

Everytime I've been to the store they're given me everything I need in a timely courteous manner. The internet and cable service work good. No complaints

The Latina woman working at this location on November 9th, 2022 at 5pm was incredibly rude. Told me I needed to call customer service to order new equipment (which is not true as employees can order new equipment in store). If employees are not willing to help customers (who shell out hundreds of dollars a month to Comcast), what is the point of even having a retail store??

Listen the website stinks, the phone service is also terrible, and gahd I could go on and on and on about how this company is the worst. However, today on Thursday Oct 6 a kind young man named Corey was alone working behind the counter. He was handling in-person customer service inquiries by a long line of frustrated and annoyed people. He was outstanding - calm, cool, collected and a real resource for all of us. Thank you Corey, you're the reason for this lonely 5 star review here!

Last week we moved to 628 East 260 S. in Midway, UT 84049. The day we found out we were moving we contacted Xfinity to set up our Internet. We requested a transfer of service. Xfinity verified that there was service at our new address, told us congratulations you will have uninterrupted service. Xfinity's representative showed up at 8 o'clock this morning and told us Xfinity does not service this house! What a joke! What terrible customer service. We could have been working to find another provider for a whole week and instead it delayed our service and we don't even get any! Terrible experience.
