Like others, our experience was the same. This company is predatory and a scam. Spaces are very tight and our tire was barely touching the line so they gave us a $61 ticket. Scummy people. Avoid if possible or be prepared to get gouged.

They charge an excessive amount for a terrible service. There are no visible signs to pay for. Miserable!!! They do not deserve any qualifications. They make money dishonestly!

this company thrives on giving people tickets that are quadruple the price of paying for parking. i will go out of my way to never use their parking again. if you don’t want to pay $60+ to park for one hour, save yourself the trouble and park on the street or find another parking structure
