What a waste …. I called to be sure they were open until 7 PM. Got voicemail hell and was not able to reach anyone. arrived 5 minutes before closing and it was already closed.

The hardest working and friendliest FedEx workers EVER!! They always meet my print and ship needs and they do it with smile. Additionally, they always call me if there’s questions about my order so I can clarify my needs. Couldn’t ask for better service!

Love the staff at this location! And because of the staff I intentionally go to FedEx over UPS. They are knowledgeable, friendly and always have answers to my annoying questions. They also guided me through a passport renewal process and helped save me money on shipping something to our daughter in Denmark. Had I sent the whole package, Ashton said it would have been flagged, held up in customs and likely very little would have arrived in tact due to food contents. Way to go Park City Fed Ex team!

Bryson--thank you so much for the cheerfulness and genuine kindness you showed toward me when you caught that I might be waiting in line for a while, as well as the assistance you offered me after I had trouble at the lamination desk. This people don’t answer any questions you might have. Worse customer service, the only thing they know what to say is call customer service. Horrible experience ups and usps are far better

This FedEx location is terrible. The girl who answered the phone was super rude. And the guy “helping” me with a shipment doesn’t seem to have manners. He literally grunted at me. Very demanding, rude to his coworkers, bad attitude. Unfortunately, this is the closest FedEx location to me within an hour.

I needed to ship my golf clubs back home. I found this location but they didn’t have very good reviews. I went ahead and used them because they were close and found they were great!!! Very helpful and patient. I wanted to write a good review for them as it was a great experience for me.

The woman who attended to me was unpleasant and a bad person; it was terrible service and customer care. I had to go to UPS across the street because I received very rude treatment.
