Had the absolute best time here. Honey, our server, was so attentive and had the best recommendations. The tomato salad was so incredibly fresh and the short rib worth returning for. Can’t wait to go back again!

Excellent choice to have dinner or lunch. I will warn you though, if you have a later reservation, they will try to get you out quickly. PC shuts down early in general and even though they have great service and food, they do move you along. Just an fyi.

Felt so welcome here at Fletchers for ski week! Julie the manager and her whole team were so kind and the food was fantastic! The carpaccio and butter cake ?! Shout to Laurel and Josh for the fun times — they might even let you add to their patron sketch book ? Midwest charm found here in the mountains ❤️❤️

Our waiter Josh was so friendly and gave great recommendations! The star of the show was the peanut crusted salmon, and the warm butter cake. Don’t get the fries.

This place is good but not great. Overall a good solid experience from the food to the service. There are many places in park city that are better but I am glad I ate here and would come back.

I was told to go to Fletcher’s by multiple people during my ski trip in Park City with friends. It didn’t disappoint! The downstairs lounge and drinks were so memorable for us. And the bison sirloin was incredible!

Nice place, food was a little odd and unfamiliar other than the steak. Nice quaint atmosphere, some may say it's a little small.

This place is unparalleled! Best friend and I come here every year on our birthday and we refuse going anywhere else. Every menu item is flavorful! The staff is attentive with drinks, plate removal, delivery and any other needs you have. We had the biscuits, poutine, shishito peppers as appetizers,steaks, short ribs, brussel sprouts, and carpaccio for entree and they brought us Butter cake for dessert. If you order any or all of these items.... You'll go home smiling. It's one of the best eats in Utah! This was probably the 5th or 6th year we've been and we'll be back for many years to come!
