I had such a great experience at Guess thanks to Luis and the next lady sales associate. They were extremely helpful and patient, taking the time to guide me through the options and making sure I found exactly what I was looking for. They have friendly attitude and their professionalism made shopping so much easier and enjoyable. I truly appreciate all their help.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my whole life. This store has been one of my favorites for the last 12 years. I left that store crying of frustration this week for the way I was treated by the manager. I can promise you, they will never see me again!

My wife and I visited the store 6.13.25 at 5p. We didn’t get the names of the young lady and gentleman that helped us BUT the customer service was amazing. We shopped for about 1.5 hours and enjoyed every minute. Although we were in Utah for only a week, we’ll be shopping virtually from THIS STORE because the experience was incredible. Thank you for taking care of my wife and I. There’s a lot going on in the US right now, but you wouldn’t know it by the service we received. STELLAR!!!

Kind, friendly salespeople and very affordable and cute models and prices for both men and women. My boyfriend and I bought almost 70% of our clothes for our vacations only at Guess hahah, we love Guess Park City?

I recently came in and the staff was so friendly, I came in on a weekended and All though they were busy they still took time to help me find the perfect outfit for a night out with my friends. The checkout line wasn’t too long. The staff was really nice and welcoming I can’t wait to come back in and see what else they have!

Many people posting 1 star reviews right after another. This is no coincidence!It’s a given that this is an outlet, but customers still deserve respect and a good experience.Having these unprofessional employees taints the brand and customers will spend their money elsewhere.I saw how other customers talked to each other and said “What a rude lady, let’s get out of here”I thought it was a misunderstanding until the girls were rude with my wife as well. These outlets must change this. This is outrageous

Every time I entered this store I was mistreated. different than when I go to Michael Kors or Coach store that I am treated with respect, kindness and sympathy. Guess is a brand that I REALLY love, use, appreciate the quality and I even send products from this brand to Brazil, but nowadays when I go there they prohibit me from taking photos or videos of the bags. it's ridiculous!! I want to see where this rule is because today I bought 9 bags from Michael Kors, I spent the whole day there taking photos and choosing what I wanted and in the end I made a purchase worth of more than $900 dollars. This store manager and employees in Park City are terrible, they are rude and mistreat me A LOT! and what's worse it’s the only Guess located in Utah. I am so sad to say that I’ve tried to go there more than 2 times, but NOW I promise I wont go back there anymore, these women doesn’t know how to treat a client, WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! DONT GO THERE GUYS! I would give ZERO stars, but they wouldn’t let me post.
