Little hard to find. I didn't realize it was in the hotel. Once I went in and asked the hotel staff they were extremely helpful of where to go. The Hertz employee was also really easy to deal with. Great service!

If I could give zero stars I would as well. I have also filed a complaint directly. I went in to ask what was necessary for an upcoming rental (that I have now cancelled and moved to another car rental co). The person working told me I couldn’t add a driver without him being there. I said I understood and was there to ask the process. Then I asked if I should just make a new rental res with his license and name and use my credit card. He then tried to tell me that was FRAUD? That escalated pretty quickly. I’ve been Pres Circle since 2002 and have never had a more bizarre experience with a Hertz employee.
The local enterprise/national were lovely to deal with.

There were additional charges added that had not been agreed upon and the customer rep was very unhelpful. His response to any inquiries about the final bill was to call the police. Won’t be renting from any Hertz again.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We reserved a car online and paid in advance, expecting a smooth process. When we arrived, the employee asked for a card for the deposit. We gave him our Revolut card, and he said it was perfectly fine. He told us the deposit would be $200, but when he swiped the card, $500 was taken instead, without any explanation. As soon as the transaction went through, he suddenly claimed, “Oh, that’s not a credit card, I’m sorry, you can’t rent a car.” When we asked what he was talking about, he just laughed in our faces and acted like it was no big deal. We asked why $500 was taken instead of $200, and he said, “That’s not my problem. When we tried to call for help, he said he couldn’t do anything and basically shrugged us off. The employee (named Haided or Haded, not sure) was completely unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful. To make things even worse, when the next customer came up, he laughed and discussed our situation with them, as if it was some kind of joke. We called customer service for support or a refund, and nobody answered. No help, no apology, nothing. We are absolutely furious and disgusted by this company and the way we were treated. I would never recommend this company to anyone. If you value your money and your dignity, stay far away. The staff need serious customer service training—or just basic human decency. What a shameful, humiliating experience. Never again.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Recommend This Hertz Location (Park City)
We made an online reservation 20 days in advance for a crucial trip to Salt Lake City. After a long journey, we arrived to pick up the car, only to be treated shockingly poorly by an employee named Haded. He was dismissive, unhelpful, and incredibly rude.
He ran my debit card, saying a 200 hold would be placed — but instead,500 was charged. When I asked why, he laughed and said, “It’s a debit card, you need credit one,” How can you charge something to a card not being sure that it’s the one you can charge it to. “maybe you’ll get the money back in a month” was his comment after we asked him to give us our money back. Completely unacceptable.
When we asked for help with a refund on the prepaid reservation, he just shrugged and walked off.
To make things worse, there is no real customer service — just automated messages and chatbots. You can’t speak to an actual person. We got Haded on phone than and asked him ti give us a good number for us to call, and he did not provide it , ofcourse.
We are still waiting to be refunded $108 for the reservation, and those 500$ that we don’t know why were charged in the first place. Completely unprofessional and humiliating. Avoid this location.

Absolutely Disgusting Experience – Avoid Hertz at All Costs (Park City)
If I could give ZERO stars, I would.
We booked a car online 20 days in advance for an important business meeting in Salt Lake City. After a long trip, we arrived at the Hertz location only to be greeted by the rudest, most unprofessional employee I’ve ever encountered — a man named Haded (or Haided, whatever).
He ran my debit card, told me it would be a $200 hold, and then charged $500 instead. When I questioned it, he laughed in my face, literally laughed, and said, “It’s a debit card, you’re not getting a car.” Then had the audacity to add that I’d “maybe get my money back in a month.” Excuse me??!
I asked him for help regarding a refund for the reservation we already paid for, and he just said “Not my problem” and walked away like a total jerk. When we tried calling him for help ten minutes later, he answered the phone saying he was at a gas station and couldn’t talk — are you serious?
This entire experience was a scam, a waste of time, and a total humiliation. This is how Hertz treats paying customers? By scamming them, yelling, mocking, and refusing to help?
Never again. Absolutely disgraceful.

They made me come from far away to rent a vehicle and when I arrived there was an error in the system and they didn't have inventory. I lost my trip and the money.

Worst car rental experience I’ve had. Booked for 3pm, and the agent was out getting a car washed so there was no one there. When I called number, agent told me no cars were available that day. Absolutely terrible.

Booked a car. Ubered all the way to the pick up location only to be told they have no car for me even though I have a reservation. Offered no solution.

While the manger was great and tried to be helpful but when I showed up at my scheduled pick up time they had no cars. I had to wait close to 3 hours for a car.
This is clearly the fault of hertz over booking and having no reserve. I've never had this problem with other rental companies.

Very bad experience. Tried to rent a car here. I reserved it online through Triple A and came in and was told they had no cars. No upgrades, No downgrades, Nothing! They told me we can call you when we get a car in. 2.5 hrs later and nothing. Called triple A and they said nothing they could do and call Hertz back and just cancel my reservation. Do Not Rent from this place. Hertz said there's nothing they can do. Not transfer a car over, couldn't check and see if another location could hold a car for me. Nothing they could do. Terrible experience.

Made reservation at this location. Went to pick up car and they told me none were available. Told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and they again told me they are oversold. DO NOT rent from this location. They are horrible.

If I can do 0 starts, I would. Worse location to rent a car. Very rude staff, not helpful at all. Not welcoming, the guy didn’t even greet me when I walked in. When I asked if he has something available, his answer was “not really”, before he even asked the dates or the type of vehicle I was looking to rent. This location should be closed

We rented a car from Hertz downtown Salt Lake that was having issues by the time we arrived at Park City. Hayden at the Hertz Park City in the Sheraton was a rock star and exchanged the car for us with a positive and professional attitude!
