Made reservation at this location. Went to pick up car and they told me none were available. Told me to come back the next day. Came back the next day and they again told me they are oversold. DO NOT rent from this location. They are horrible.

If I can do 0 starts, I would. Worse location to rent a car. Very rude staff, not helpful at all. Not welcoming, the guy didn’t even greet me when I walked in. When I asked if he has something available, his answer was “not really”, before he even asked the dates or the type of vehicle I was looking to rent. This location should be closed

We rented a car from Hertz downtown Salt Lake that was having issues by the time we arrived at Park City. Hayden at the Hertz Park City in the Sheraton was a rock star and exchanged the car for us with a positive and professional attitude!

Worst service. Haiden was not helpful or clear at all. Not with any card policy, not with any cancellation policy, not with anything. Neither nice!

I had a great experience at this location. The car I reserved was not available, but I got a free upgrade.I think some of the other reviewers should acknowledge that this is a one-person show. The employee has to balance incoming calls, walk-in's, and vehicle prep. This, to me, explains some of the constructive criticism in their reviews.

Gosh I wish I remembered the guys name that helped us... He was great! Went out of his way to make sure the the car was clean and heat for us when we got there.

Don't Do It!!!!! This is a (1) person operation located in a 5' x5' office in a Hotel lobby. He does not man the office, he simply leaves a note on the door with phone number to call which he does Not answer (he returned my call 1 hour later).... When I ask for an explanation as to why he didn't call me to tell he would not be back for an hour or return my call, he quickly told me "he had other things to do and other people to call" I was stuck in a Bad situation..... Believe me, HERTZ will never get me again! They have a PROBLEM in Park City, Utah that needs to be fixed!I typically do not write reviews because I feel like only the bad get reported and their friends or employees attempt to clean them up. But trust me and the others on this one...

I rented A “manager special” for three days to get around town while my car was being repaired. due to supply chain issues, my car repair needed to change further into the future. Because I had prepaid, Hertz did not refund any of my money and instead wanted an additional $200 to move the reservation. This is during a time where the car will be rented again, and I live here locally and would use them for all things. Now, I will not use this company at any location ever again

I had a reservation with Hertz through State Farm for rental while my truck was being repaired. I was supposed to have a car dropped off at the collision center but the Hertz Park City phone system dropped the call every time I called. Most frustrating. So much for having a reservation.

Terrible experience. Extremely high prices for 1 day rental. Their contract forces you to pay a fee, because they have to pay to be located within the hotel. The car was also not available upon our scheduled arrival. Over 40 minutes behind, and no partial reimbursement was offered. Update- the car reserved we now found out is entirely not available and we are still waiting for a replacement. Do not use this company!

Great experience. I had to wait for about 20 min once I got there because there seem to be only one person running the place, but once he got there everything went very smoothly and I got a great car for a great price. Also the return process was very smooth and fast. Highly recommended

Been here for 25 minutes trying to pick up my reserved car. Phone number left in the door does not connect to local office. If you select "local office" or hangs up on you. There are 4 other groups of people now waiting behind me. I have a place to catch and This Is Unacceptable!!
