Went to the self checkout today (Thursday, Feb.22 at 10:28). I felt the Deb needs more training! When we asked for help, she didn't even bother looking at our way until the 3rd time we said hello!!! And finally she looked at us with a b!tchy look and an attitude! Dont know if she doesn't like hispanic or brown people, but when she helped a white man right away, she approached him with a smile and no attitude. I will be reporting her to corporate this is unacceptable!

Everyone needs a Home Depot! Nice, friendly. I needed an obscure item ( fan timer switch in almond). While not in stock, they offered to have it sent to the store or to my house. Good service.

I had purchased a Samsung washer and dryer with install and requested the washer door be put on the other side. The installers said that they forgot the piece to switch the door and that nothing could be done, and then they left. I reached out to Home Depot customer service who told me that, in order for anything to be done, the issue would have had to have been reported within 48 hours of the installation appointment. This would have been excellent information for the installers to share rather than "nothing can be done", but they chose not to. Just as the customer service associate that I spoke with also chose not to help. I guess "Doers get more done" does not apply to Home Depot employees.

I have been standing in aisle 15 in the plumbing area for over 45 minutes. Waiting for 1 to 4 different employees to come help me and no one ever came not one person, not 1 person. I called the first time a lady answered who was management and said. Oh, I'll get someone over there. No ever came to help me..i waited for like, 15 minutes. So I bit my tongue called again. Gotta guy who said, oh yeah? I sent a manager down there, no one ever came. You guys treat customers like they don't exist. I am glad I called the manager back and she got a piece of my mind for wasting 45 minutes of my time. Not a happy customer here. I hope corporate sees this. ? fire all 4 of you for not doing ypur job.

Best place in summit county for variety and service on hardware and wood products. Always helpful at the contractors desk. If you have the need to find an specific product it is easier to go to the website and serve that specific store. It will tell you what isle and bay then shelf it will be located on. That the best app I have found. A big shout out to homes Depot for implementing that!Restrooms were closed for cleaning so it’s a good thing. I used the one family restroom. While Home Depot doesn’t carry everything they carry more than anywhere else in summit county.

Do not under any circumstances order cabinets from this Home Depot, it’s the most disorganized process, wrong dimensions, can’t replace doors in a timely manner, they charge extra for their own mistakes, total disaster. Spoke to manager Brad several times, everyone is nice but people keep quitting and no one has any idea what they’re doing.

I recently had an unfortunate experience at my local Home Depot store, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Manager Greg's behavior was not only rude but also condescending, leaving me with a negative impression of this establishment.Firstly, when I approached Greg with a simple inquiry about a product, he responded with a dismissive attitude. It was evident that he had no interest in assisting me and made me feel like my questions were a nuisance rather than a customer's genuine concerns.Furthermore, when I attempted to seek clarification on some product specifications, Greg's tone became increasingly condescending. He seemed to belittle me for not having an extensive knowledge of the products, forgetting that customers come to Home Depot for assistance and guidance. What bothered me the most was Greg's lack of professionalism. As a manager, one would expect him to set an example for the staff and provide excellent customer service. Instead, he displayed the opposite, tarnishing the store's reputation in my eyes.In the end, I left Home Depot feeling frustrated, disheartened, and disrespected. It is disheartening to think that a store that prides itself on helping customers with their home improvement needs can employ someone like Manager Greg, who clearly lacks the necessary customer service skills and professionalism.I sincerely hope that Home Depot takes my feedback seriously and addresses this issue promptly. No customer should have to endure such a negative experience while simply seeking assistance in a store. It's a shame that a single individual's behavior can overshadow the hard work of the dedicated employees who genuinely strive to provide excellent service.I will seriously consider taking my business elsewhere if such incidents persist, as I believe that customers deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of their level of expertise in home improvement matters.

Absolutely the worst HD in the country. Unhelpful staff. They do not answer their phone. Poor customer service. Cluttered aisles. Out of stock items. No tool rentals

Poorly staffed, poorly managed, any kind of pro accounts, or phone sales are a joke. Not enough carts, parking lot was definitely not built for trucks and trailers. I know local contractors that will drive all the way to Salt Lake to go to other Home Depot’s…

Ordered online. They emailed updates and arrival time. Much foot work for a $35 item. The store is very impressive too.
