“Wonderful views, and in the midst of everything! When I called with questions the staff was so quick and accommodating! The place was great for multiple people with lots of bedrooms, seating, etc. Very happy and will stay there again whenever available.”
“This is one of the most memorable and wonderful hotels I have ever stayed at. Phenomenal mix of luxury (but not over the top) and natural beauty that makes it so special. The service is impeccable, including housekeeping. Room 232-2 is fantastic with a walk in closet, huge bathroom with shower and spa jets tub, two sinks, huge sectional couch, tons of kitchen items, desk, and a balcony with jacuzzi with the most magnificent sunrises. Cannot recommend enough in August and can’t wait to come back!”

“We had a wonderful stay at Kapalua Bay Villas 17G4! The view when you walk into the living room was beautiful!
The staff communicated well via phone/text/email regarding details on how to access the villa and other logistics. They also promptly responded with any questions and issues.
It was super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit as we often went to the pool and beaches.
Only a few small suggestions: additional towels (maybe 4 or 5) so that the guests can have dry ones while some are in the wash, a broom and dustpan, and some window glass cleaner so we can help keep the windows and glass tables clean.
Overall, just a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend booking with this company.”

“Very high end accommodations and classic “Park City” ski lodge feel. I loved the large petrified logs in the main lobby. The spa and massage therapists were professional and thorough. Of course the food at Ruth Christs was perfect, which is on site.”

“Absolutely amazing! We were in for a business trip and The Chateaux was beyond phenomenal. We had adjoining rooms booked, and it was like a luxury apartment with a full kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, laundry, a balcony, two full fireplaces, a main bedroom and a Murphy bed in the living room.
Very comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer.
The resort is full of amazing amenities and very friendly staff. Jono and Brian were the shuttle drivers we encountered and I can’t rave enough about them!

“Had such a lovely time, we came here for a spa day and everyone was so nice. Augusto helped us at the front desk, and Loreta was our attendant while at the spa. They were both so helpful and sweet! “Stayed here over July 4th - a lot of the reviews here are for the prior incarnation- Park City Peaks hotel. Not sure why Google doesn't reset it.
Anyways, they did a very good job on the renovation to Hotel Thaynel. Sauna + Steam Room is amazing. Even in summer, this hotel is underpriced right now until they re-establish brand/reputation...
Appreciate use of more natural materials.”

“We booked us a day pass to the pool on resort pass and had a wonderful experience. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely kind and accommodative. Special shout-out to Russell at the front desk, who allowed us to modify our reservation due to a last-minute thunderstorm. The place has a very chill and relaxed vibe like a small hotel, but has the quality and luxurious accommodations of a four-star Hyatt. The pool area was huge and contained two hot tubs and heated pool. Excited to go back!”
“Parking is difficult if you have more than one bar. Windows in out room will open but two of them could not be closed, they need to be fixed. Blinds need to be adjusted so they can close completely and be adjusted for the sun, since the room faces West. Kitchen cabinets are too high, unable to reach/store things.”
“Perfect Park City location on bus route directly to PCMR and Deer Valley. Really helpful staff. A dozen restaurants in walking distance plus the hotel's. Nice outdoor game area. Highly recommended.”
“Excellent location and the staff were all amazing. Especially Ryan in the valet, it was pouring rain and he dropped everything to give my wife and I a ride to meet some friends at bar nearby. The parking garage has plenty of room and two EV chargers. The room was clean and comfortable with great views.”

The ability to ski in and ski out is prime, closely followed by the ambience of a lovely place where the owners understand this is not just a place to sleep. “We just brought a group of approximately 90 guests for a charity destination event at the St Regis. Our Group Sales Manager was Sarah Martin. She was absolutely fabulous to work with! Our Event Manager was Eric Ball and he was utterly fantastic! Eric also had a great team working under him who were similarly wonderful to work with. The service at the hotel was flawless. There were so many different things that the hotel did for us which were above and beyond, such as allowing us to bring in a live horse for our photo station, setting up a cigar bar for after hours with complimentary soft seating, waiving costs so we can make the event expenses work within our budget, etc. It was pretty incredible. Our guests thoroughly enjoyed their stay. The St Regis is a beautiful hotel. The food was fantastic. The event came off seamlessly. Everything was very smooth which is often difficult to achieve particularly when there are a lot of different vendors and parts to pull together. Our guests had a wonderful time. I highly recommended holding events at the St Regis Deer Valley!”
