If you value your time at all, don't bother with this dealership. I scheduled an appointment via text with Sam Sharma yesterday to come and look at a vehicle. My husband and I both rearranged our schedules to make it happen because I was really interested. We made the 40 minute drive to the dealership, only to be told the vehicle was sold last night. We didn't receive a text. We didn't receive a phone call. We didn't even get an apology - only an offer to look at other vehicles. I am blown away at the lack of consideration. I will tell anyone that will listen not to waste your time here.

Bought a truck from these guys at the end of April and after not even a week of driving. Some ticking noise started coming from the engine and turned out the engine was scored and the whole thing needed to be replaced. They won't return my calls now.

Waited 2 and a half years for the delivery of a customized Ford Bronco. Finally arrived and everything was perfect except they omitted the most important package/option of all: The Sasquatch package (most expensive option available and the reason we bought the vehicle for the off-road capability). We have confirmations from them regarding the build and they still delivered a very different vehicle. Granted they can still sell this vehicle for way above our guaranteed MSRP, and I just have to believe that our mixed race relationship played a role. Btw, no interest in resolving......

I can not recommend this dealership. They have lied to us since June of 2022. We bought a Ford Explorer and rejected the OPTIONAL theft deterant of $299.95 in the contract. They were to lazy to rewrite the contract and said they would send us a check for the amount above. We have never seen the payment and have called numerous times to tried to work out the issue. We have been lied to that it is in the mail. Do not do business with them. Catherine Fieguth

Poor customer service from a dealership! We moved here from California, bought many of our vehicles at Toyota in Carlsbad CA. and it was a great customer experience, (thinking this is how every dealership is) ... But not at Crandall Ford. They're rude and don't seem to know what they're doing or how to get you a vehicle. I'd never recommend this place to anyone. We live in Park City and went to Salt Lake to purchase instead.

Six weeks ago I was looking to purchase my leased 2018 Fusion. I contacted the Larry H Miller dealership that I leased the car through and they said they were going to tack an extra $1500 onto the purchase price. I contacted a few other Ford dealerships and they also quoted me the contract purchase price plus fees plus a markup between $1000 and $1500. I am so glad that I tried Crandall Ford. Stan Peterson processed the lease buyout without adding any kind of markup. He did not try to take advantage of me or hose me like these other dealerships were trying to do. He was super courteous and helpful. I fully recommend Stan and Crandall Ford!

My experience with Stan Peterson was outstanding. Not only did I just purchase an awesome Mustang GT 5.0, he made the experience seamless and actually enjoyable. He was a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend dealing with him.
