Horrible branch. They claimed they couldn't close my account in May as a money order was pending. They promised to close it when the check cleared. A month later I was charged a $25 fee for having a low balance. Called them again...they promised to fix it. A month later the account wasn't closed. Went and spoke to the branch manager, who promised it would be closed. A month later...another $25 fee! Finally a call to the national 1-800 number got the fees waived and the account closed in mid August!

I never received my money for opening a new account, through a friend referral. I had my direct deposit within the first two weeks. It's sad that you get scammed, just so this bank can open new accounts.

The fact that this branch is never busy and its location is why I initially opened accounts here. But, they have such turn over, no one is ever the same here for more than a month. Don't bother using the drive thru as they never will get to you, go inside, its faster, and people inside take preference over the drive thru. I have two accounts, a personal and business, both under the same name and they never can seem to locate both of them. This bank doesn't use deposit slips, so every single time they have to search for my deposit accounts, as soon as one teller, the only person in the bank most days, get to know me they are gone, and someone from SLC is transferred here to help out. Now, expect a long wait if there is anyone else in the bank, one person usually someone new, is servicing everyone. If you have a small business and use a bank daily, this isnt the place, if you rarely use a bank office, and have your paycheck deposited automatically, then this may work, however the Key bank online experience is outdated by 20 years too. If I want to transfer $$ Between accounts I have to Email an account rep that isnt at this branch any more to do it for me. I wonder how this place stays open.....:

This bank is always easy to get in and out of. The tellers are always smiling and happy to help. They are sure to double check things for me since I make deposits regularly into my landlord's account there. Although I do not have an account with them, they treat me like I am just as important as anyone else. :)
