The prices are a little exaggerated for being in a clean sales location.

The woman who works here was so knowledgeable and helpful with the various cuts of mens jeans. I was having trouble understanding why some fit and some don’t and she helped me narrow it down and save money doing it. Incredible service in this day in age. Quit buying jeans that don’t fit online and try some on in person.

Been reading its been closed as of recently, when I went it was open and staff was nice, jeans were on good price and I brought 4 or 5. Ladies who worked there were enthusiastic to do their job.

Drove over an hour to shop this store. So disappointed that it is curbside pickup only. All sounding stores open. I will just buy online from now on.

Very disappointed with Levi’s. We usually spend an obscene amount of money in there on school clothes. This year they have their doors lock and offer pickup only. Really?? All other stores are open and encourage shopping. All I can say is wow,,,, I’m done with Levi! I will support people who want to support our communities. ✌️ Out Levi, we’re done with you too.

Customer service anyone?! Hire people that know the rules but are smart enough to know when to break them. Between their lunch breaks not mentioned on their website hours but instead posted on a sheet of printer paper, and trying multiple cuts of Levi’s.... on my 4th 1-hour round trip back to this store I tried 1 pair of pants on, went back to try another...I’m sorry sir, our 3rd staff member has left for the day and the fitting rooms are now closed at 530PM. Store closes at 7PM. I’m at a purchase decision about ready to finalize what I want and told I couldn’t try them on anymore at 5:34PM. I’m sorry sir. You have to buy them. Walk to the outlet restroom and try them on. Then come back and return them if you don’t like them. Rinse and repeat until 7PM. Incredibly disappointed by such poor customer service that I walked out baffled. Still just baffled. Really?!

Today was an awesome day, the weather was nice and like every other happy person, I went out shopping. My day was horribly spoiled when I stood in line in front of levis park city location, my fiance and I stood in line for approximately 10 minutes and I told the young man at the door that I would be back in 2 minutes cause I just wanted to check out something in sunglass hut which was right next door. After leaving the line for approximately 3 minutes, my fiancee called me and told me that Levis let him in and for me to come join him. I go to the line and another young man named Henry was at the door letting people in, I explained to him that my fiancee was inside the store and I had to join him. I think he got confused at first and said that I couldn't enter. I told him that I was waiting with my fiance and that i had stepped away for just a minutes, and since he's inside the store, I would like to join him.At that point he just started yelling at me saying 'oh you left the line so now you have to go at the back of the line ' and the worst part is he didn't say it nicely, if he had said it nicely there were five people in the line I would have not had a problem going back. Anyways I just couldn't believe that he was just going on and on about the rules (again not nicely, hand waiving etc) that too in front of others customers ....it finally stopped when the manager came and pulled him inside, at which point he was still yelling ....so finally I went into the store and yelled" yes henry do ur job and stop yelling at customers"). me and my fiancee were there for maybe 10 minutes and we bought two pairs of jeans, I think we should find ourselves another store now. After we bought the jeans and were ready to leave, I saw the manager that had pulled Henry in and I thought I'll go talk to her for just a second and apologize for creating such a scene. I know I was not at fault but I still wanted to do the right thing. Guess what the manager was even horrible. As soon as I said excuse me to her, she looked at me very strange, and walked away a few steps, it's covid times, so it's okay not a big deal. I told her, I'm sorry for what happened but Henry was simply not nice to me. I didn't even wait to hear what she had to say, because I could just see from my eyes that she was no better than Henry, the way she looked at me was creepy, silently she said you brown person leave.Anybody that goes to the Levi's store in park city, Henry is a 19-20 year old white Caucasian male and the manager is a lean tall woman, with green hair.I have been reading so many reviews on this particular store, and I don't know why management is not taking action. If a person travels 45 minutes to get to Park City and shop in that particular store, it means that they're spending time and effort to come there , maybe the stores carries products that no other store does. It is the responsibility of the manager and employees to treat customers with respect, because remember people will treat you the way you treat them. Henry yelled at me , I'm a stranger to him, why should I listen to him, moreover I'm a customer that's there to spend money, so I yelled back. People like that need to realise that, I'm not their friend, I'm just a customer, a human being. If anybody from management other than than the lady with the green hair reads this, please do something about these two employees. This is not acceptable at all. You should not be treating customers with disrespect... How would you feel if you went to a store and somebody disrespected you.Thank you ?

Very bad service...employees close and open the store whenever they please or want to work, they treat you based on the color of your skin..kove buying Levi's but not coming back to this location they disregard the customer's time and only care about theirs..

Bad experience here. This lady with dyed blonde hair with brown roots growing out was very rude towards me and has very poor customer service.
