I ordered online so I wouldn’t have to wait with my sleeping baby in the car. I get there only to be informed one of the pizzas is no longer available even though online it said it was for a couple more days. So then I had a crying baby because I had to wait for a replacement pizza to be made. The other thing that annoys me is that due to this, I couldn’t use my reward or the text code because they wouldn’t apply to the pizza I originally ordered as it was on special and the replacement pizza was not. Normally things are fine but this was just annoying. My phone number is included in the order so why not call me and tell me my order has an issue so everything can be ready when I get there. I ordered ahead so I wouldn’t have to wait. So frustrating.

Best experience at a Papa Murphy's ever. A man with glasses helped me . He said his name was Narciso. Said he was still pretty new but I couldn't tell. His customer service was top notch . I will definitely be returning to Papa Murphy's.

It's not obvious when ordering a pizza, that it isn't a pizza already cooked! So if you order from to a hotel, where are you going to bake it? I ended up "baking" it in my microwave

The woman helping us was fantastic - super kind and excellent service. The two men sitting on their phones in the back did, however, create a slow working environment. Definitely not the guys I’d hire.

This place is not only dirty (and I mean really dirty when I finally went in to talk to a manager), but the management is beyond terrible. I called MANY times because they left something out of an order I placed but had picked up by someone else (so they didn't know anything was missing from the order). I called the same day to tell them and get the item refunded since I prepaid using their App. They said no one was there who could do the refund (it's soooo easy to issue a partial refund so who knows why they couldn't do it). They said a manager would call me back. No one called back. So I called about 5-7 days later and again was told that a manager would call me back. Again no one ever called me back. The third time I called and was very frustrated, the employee said they were going through 'changes', but they said they would for sure have a manager call me back. Again no one EVER called me back. This went on for at least 4-5 times that I called...I didn't go into the store because I don't live near the store. When I finally went to the store (which again was in a new location and very dirty), again only one employee was in the store and they had to call the manager while I waited...they said no I couldn't get a refund because too much time had gone by! So very unethical and unprofessional. I guess I should have immediately called my credit card company and told them what happened and I would have gotten a FULL refund...but I didn't want to do that since I did receive part of my order. Lesson learned! I wouldn't go anywhere near this particular Papa Murphy's not only on principal that they are a totally unethical establishment, but also because it was really dirty!

The best manager there was .Mexican who everyone kept hating on him especially the coworkers..and customers, park City I should be ashamed of yourselves. Lazy workers and to top it off you loose the best park City ever had , I will never shop again unless Alex is there. Tall Mexican guy , shame on these workers ,

I want to know who the manager and owner of this place is. The staff refused to tell me managers name or give me a number to call. They didn't know when they would be back or when they worked next. Absolutely ridiculous.

A friend brought a few takeout pizzas to our house and they were really delicious!! There really doesn't seem to be any decent pizza in park city so I'd rather buy something I can put in the oven and eat nice and hot at home. This place is not your standard takeout pizza model. So beware of that but definitely way better than some of the eat in pizza joints around town.

Normally I love picking up here, but today I walked in and my 2:15 pick up had not even been started (this was at 2:50). I talked with the girl behind the counter. She was the only one here today and doing her best. This place has been short staffed for almost a year now. I really hope she gets credit for doing such a great job with customer service in such a hard situation. I would hope the manger would be upping her pay to cover all the jobs she is having to do right now.

This place not only wouldn’t refund the cookie dough that they were out of, but also screwed up the order. If only there was a rating option less than 1 star. Absolutely unbelievable.

I have ordered from the one in Heber multiple times and never had an issue. This location in Kimball Junction is a complete disaster. I ordered my pizzas on line and showed dip 40 mins later. I was told they were really busy and it would be 20 mins more. Showed up 30 mins later and they haven't even started them. Suffice it to say, I will stick with Heber
