And the young gentlemen when picking up was helpful and kind after I wanted some other printing. He was so helpful.”

“I wanted to say a huge thank you to Sandra at the main Park City Post office. She went HUGELY out of her way to help me. I was/am having major issues getting my mail forwarded for the summer and she has followed up at multiple levels. The postmaster actually went out and checked my mailbox, the carrier was difficult to contact, the National Post office forwarding office was unable to answer their phone...and Sandra worked through all this and called me several times to keep me advised. She is still on it, resubmitted everything and is starting from scratch. Can't say enough good things, and this is a relatively small Post Office with limited resources. It's unfortunate we sometimes forget the pressures of others and don't say Thank You.Your awesome Sandra, Thank you!Mike G”

“I want to start by saying that Tyson is hands down the best thing this USPS office has. He’s outstanding always patient, friendly, explains everything clearly, and treats people with respect. If everyone worked like him, this would be a top-notch service. Tyson should honestly be the manager running the whole place.
Now, the contrast: the rest of the staff is a disaster. Rude, unmotivated, and they make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question. You walk in to get something basic done and end up leaving more frustrated than when you arrived. The negative attitude is constant and ruins the entire experience.
The gap between Tyson and his coworkers is so huge it’s hard to believe they work in the same office.
USPS should really take note: they have one exemplary employee surrounded by a team that brings the whole place down.”
