Got myself a pair of the crusher evos, must say they are pretty nifty. Good sound and enough bass to cause a stroke if given to a small french child. 10/10 would buy again. xd

I’ve been trying to make contact through your website to try and get a charging cord for my earbuds that I have never received. Nobody is responding. The buds are useless without the charging cord. Why won’t you send a cord. I am posting this in hopes someone responds.

Skull candy used to be really good, from their service to their product. However it has been some time that everything has gone downhill. I bought three pair of headsets and two out of the three do not charge. I have called this location for 3 weeks and they never answer their phone, I have tried different days and times. That does not make a difference it simply hangs up. I have drive. To their location twice during their operational hours and they are not open. I have called customer service over the phone at it is a nightmare to get through. When you speak with someone you have to do any warranty issues through their website and pay for the shipping yourself.It is sad that this has gone down so bad. I truly hope they do better. If anyone could verify if their store in Park City still is operational that would be great.

My current Skullcandy earbuds were not working properly so I took it to the Headquarters in Park City, UT and that's were the Salesman Justin helped me. After explaining my issue to him he immediately offer to replace them with a new one and explained how to unpair the current one and pair the new one.I was also looking for new headphones and Justin explained thoroughly how each of the ones that I was interested in. I loved the product knowledge that he had. In addition he didn't pressure me into buying one . Thank you Justin.

Either you know your product, or you find your consumer, rare you get a person who hits both. Ben Miller and I go back like Cadillac Seats, when I asked him for a pair of quality Bluetooth headphone, dude steered me towards Crusher EVO. Head on my shoulders, these things are Berserk. AF
