Great location right in Main Street and next to the lift. Loved that everything is controlled by codes so you don’t have to lug around keys. We stayed in #208 which is a two-story unit with hot tub and it was perfect for our weekend getaway. The private reserved garage spot was great to have. There were electric chargers which we didn’t need but I thought was fantastic. We needed to call guest services for a couple of small matters but they were responsive and friendly.
Safety: Garage, elevator, and front door all have different access codes
Walkability: Shops and restaurants are right outside your door

We arrived in Park City Thursday night planning to stay some place else and when that place turned out to be not what we had in mind, we started looking late that night and found the Caledonian. It is in the heart of where we wanted to be and the place looked cute and everything we were hoping it would be when staying in Park City.
The price was incredibly fair for being booked at the last minute and the check in process was so smooth. They gave us a garage code, elevator code and door code, so we didn't have to keep track of keys or anything. We loved having a hot tub, having space, a fireplace and all the things that cozy in Park City requires.
We were also impressed that the check out process was incredibly smooth and we didn't have to do the laundry list of items that you would from an AirBnB.
Park City has become one of my favorite places to visit so I will be back and will most definitely be looking to book here again first.
Walkability: The Caledonian is in the PERFECT location. You can walk out the door and be right on Main street in Park City and walk everywhere.
Noteworthy details: We loved having a full kitchen and being able to cook a pizza, keep drinks cold and have a full size fridge and an extra half bath.

The Caledonian unit 209 was absolutely amazing! You walk into an elegant/modern decorated open living space. The view from your first floor balcony with hot tub is the historic Park City Main Street and beautiful mountains. As you proceed upstairs you have two bedrooms. One with 2 double beds and a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub. Then you head to the oversized main bedroom that includes a large sauna steam shower . In addition there is a hallway that has a set of double bunk beds. Each upstairs bedroom opens to an upstairs balcony. You are right in the middle of everything on Main Street. Great shopping, restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Once you park your car it is not needed until you depart. This is my second time at The Caledonian and will not be my last!! If you are there during ski season it is a true ski in ski out. Can’t wait to come back in the Spring. I will definitely book The Caledonian unit 209 each time I’m in Park City!

Condo was great! Super clean and perfect location to walk around Park City. Private hot tub was an added bonus and the perfect way to end each night. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends/family as well!

Comfortable and nicely appointed 1BR/1.5BA condo unit spanning two levels with balconies on each, including a private hot tub and a reserved garage parking space. Excellent customer service and a historic downtown Park City location with all you need within walking distance.

Comfortable condo. Perfect location on Main street. Hot tub was a bonus. We loved the Caledonian. If we are every back in Park City we will stay here again.

Great location! Good service! Friendly staff!
Rooms: Very large condos. Our unit was great and we have stayed in the same unit before! We love it and will return! Might be nice to replace rugs at some point. Showing a lot of wear and tear.
Walkability: Right on main street at bottom of hill, only issue is if you have trouble walking uphill!

Have you ever sat in a bland over priced hotel room in a ski town, staring at the vague "art" poster hanging on the weirdly yellow wall in a frame that cost more than the "art", and wondered where all the nice, roomy, and attractively finished places that you see in movies are? Well, look no further than the Caledonian.This place was fantastic. The rooms are well apportioned and nicely kept up. The kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub outside was amazing. The location is central to the best entertainment area of Park City, which made it super convenient. Check in and check out was the easiest of any place I've stayed. I'd highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place in Park City!
