I am fairly shocked that there aren’t more bad reviews. Overall, it is a nice building with nice rooms, but it is run down. Parking is a mess and the facilities are worn down. The water in all three of our bathtubs was literally green and metal flakes were everywhere as well. This was even after I had let the water run for quite some time in all of them. In one, the hot water knob on the bathtub was falling off and had little to no water pressure so the tub took close to an hour to fill up with Luke warm water. They do not provide you with conditioner and so you just have a tiny bottle of shampoo. They also only allow 5 devices on the wifi even tho the room sleeps almost 10 people. The TV’s are also fairly outdated and janky. Not worth the price point and pretty disappointing overall.The staff however seems very nice so that is a plus.

Great location, Wonderful GM (Sheralyn Hopkinson) and staff;
But a Totally Unacceptable Unit ---- Conditions that should be a total embarrassment to Wyndam & Raintree.
Issues Included : two living room chairs had severe rips and tears (unrepairable & they could not replace), did not have HOT WATER for 36 hours, turned on the bathtub and shower, out came a dark brown rusty water, sinks in the master bathroom did not drain; The shower door latch in the master bathroom was broken and locked shut; stains and odor coming from the couch; oven door handle in the kitchen ; tile between the kitchen hallway and living room is chipped severely and cracked; carpet has serious stains and is very, very dirty
If you decide to stay here, make sure you get a totally reconditioned unit and inspect all when you arrive. Too bad - as this property could really be something special.

Loud construction and jackhammer noises all day. If you're looking for a place to relax, don't stay here.Noteworthy details: It's under construction so very loud! Staff were not helpful or knowledgeable about anything.

This place is great!Rooms and facilities are first class.Lots of space.Staff is friendly and helpful.It was 3 min walk to the ski rental which was right next to the lift. Shop was quick and easy.They should make it a little easier to get on the Wi-Fi but overall I have no complaints.

The suites at the Miner's Club are spacious and have everything one would need to do some light cooking. We only stayed 3 nights and had no housekeeping provided. Also, there are currently no room safes but we were told that would come soon. Parking in the undergroung garage was easy and lots of space. No restaurant at this resort. It is in a good location and one can take the Frostwood Gondola to the Canyons top where another gondola and the Orange Bubble lift transports one up the mountain. Front desk staff was friendly and efficient upon check in and check out. Our skis were delivered by the ski valet and the front desk staff brought them straight to our suite.

This place was amazing when other buildings weren't blocking the views. The pool was nice and warm. The hot tub had about 25 dead flies that we cleared out. Parking is ok, not ideal and limited.

Great resort, great staff, the 4 bedroom units are insane. 5 bathrooms, fully furnished kitchen, lofted ceiling, huge balcony, jacuzzi bath in each bedroom. Pool is nice and heated. Hot tub was very nice. Gameroom downstairs. I loved my stay

Stayed here in the summer via our timeshare for the first time. It’s not a hotel - there are little services / no restaurants. Pros - Great location (in the Canyons below the village), had a spacious 2 bedroom room with full kitchen stocked with basics, pool & big spa. Each room is allowed 1 underground parking garage space. Outside lots for additional rooms are not close. It’s next to the Wyndham and Waldorf. Canyons village with restaurants are up the hill via a walkable bucket chair lift year round. In the winter, there is a chair lift next to the Wyndham. Some cons enough to deduct 1 star - it’s older, interior lobby and rooms are dated - furniture/carpet, pool is small and was always full of kids jumping/cannon balling, rooms were stuffy - not all windows open - we bought a throw away fan, it’s loud - doors slamming shut at all hours - no quiet hours. It’s like staying in an apartment bldg vs a hotel. However, overall we enjoyed our stay, loved the location, the spacious room and will visit again!

This property far exceeded our expectations. My wife and I and our 2 children stayed in 3 bed, 3 bath unit on first floor which also had full kitchen, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer, patio and 2 fireplaces! Unit was clean, comfortable, very spacious and well laid out with everything we needed. Location was perfect. Easy access to Frostwood Gondola. More snow would have truly made ski in/out from the back of the property, but that’s something which can’t be controlled. Pool and hot tub were great! Pool was really warm and my wife enjoyed swimming laps. There was a theater room and game room for the kids. Also fitness center and ski lockers. There were no restaurants on site, however we had stopped at the world’s largest Costco in SLC prior to driving out and picked up a few things at a local grocery store so most meals we ate at the unit. One night we used the grill outside. There is covered parking in the garage for one vehicle - so no need to sweep snow off the car. Short drive to Main Street Park City as well as Kimball Junction restaurants and shopping. I understand there are free shuttles/buses, but we did not use them since we had the car.
Highly recommend and would definitely stay again if we get the chance to come back to Canyons (Park City)!

The hotel is falling down, broken, nothing is properly maintained, not even the wifi that they charge and is super slow. Avoid this hotel at all costs! Save your money, you’re better off staying at Waldorf Astoria which is in front of the Miner’s club.

Clean Rustic vibe a short walk away from 2 ski lifts at Park City Canyon Village. I stayed in 2 story 3 bed 4 bath unit with full kitchen. It had washer and dryer and 2 balconies which is enough for multi families. I think it had a sofa bed as well. Free Transportation via canyon village connect app which I didn’t use but was told it runs every 15 minutes. Only draw back is no restaurants on site but i could be wrong. 10 minute drive from grocery stores and restaurants but there is a 7-11 nearby as well as vending machines on site. Cover parking garage.

Stayed at The Miners Club for three nights. The facility is a bit run down. Our substantially sized unit had a broken (very small) TV and dishwasher. Nice pool and common spaces that would be fun for teens and kids. The biggest hassle was parking! They only allot one car per unit and suggest a parking lot 35 minutes by bus. Eating out is nearly impossible in the area unless you're prepared to walk quite a distance. There is no parking in the Canyons near restaurants, so you need a car to leave the Canyons area. It was quite an inconvenience all told.

A great location just a few miles outside of downtown Park City. Staff were super helpful and always cheerful. Rooms were quite spacious and very well maintained and cleaned. Plenty of underground parking with wide spaces so you can get in and out of easily. After a long day of hiking or sightseeing, their private theater room (reserve early) is a great way to wind down at the end of the day. We will be back!
