Rudest store manager EVER at any TJMaxx I’ve been to what happened to customer service!?! The front line was SO long and my daughter had a birthday party to get to we had ONE thing we were running late I asked if I can check out at the jewelry register and she said NO only Jewelry can be checked out here in a rude way! Well KAREN actually a lot of Tjmaxx stores let you check out there I’ve done it many times when I only have one thing

The customer service I experienced at this location was above and beyond! I am from out of town and visited twice. I wish I had the names of the first three associates that helped me as they were fantastic and Cole and Magdelana went above and beyond helping me with a return and an usual situation with items I purchased at another location. You are all much appreciated and I will definitely return!

This store is well organized and clean ! but the jewelry counter is a joke to look at stuff ! And most of the employees there were nice !

I really love this store 90% is great experience.... but it is kind of insulting when the employee talks to you like your just a thief. I understand there are people that steal things and to be cautious, but to be talked to like they assume your just there to steal everything is kind of rude. (There are people that are honest) maybe she was just having a bad day ?Also be careful of strangers with your children an old guy was trying to get my teen daughter to go in the bathroom with him when I went to confront him he took off out of the store watch your kids close!

I like that store I went in there yesterday I got to look all over I found a new toothbrush and some little baggies and two purses that I my husband went more purses but I don't care I like them and I bought them so I think it's a great store to go to

I just want to share my shopping experience today, I come to this location a lot and I was happy to see that the dressing rooms were open. When I got there an elderly employee was sweet enough to let me go on and try on a few pairs of jeans, despite the dressing room closing. I just want to say that this woman definitely needs more breaks throughout the day, she seemed so stressed and burnt out. I know we are all short handed but please give a little extra care to your employees, they definitely deserve it.
