If you like working with great people whom also happen to be world class at what they do, I can't recommend working with Matt and his team enough! They're genuine people that are there to help you with what can be a rather complicated process. They're extremely knowledgeable and organized, helping to communicate deadlines and work with all parties involved to ensure you close on time, if not early! It doesn't feel like you are working with some stale large bank or business, but rather the human element and sense of team are fully present throughout the process. 11/10

Matt deserves more than 5 stars! I was recommended to Matt to help me with a loan for my first home purchase and I was hesitant at first because I live in Florida and he operates out of Utah. I thought having somebody in person would be better however I was so impressed with our first phone call, out of all the local lenders I spoke with nobody took the time like he did to explain all these new home buying terms and processes. Matt made things easy to understand and spent more than 90 minutes on the phone with me that first time answering all of my questions without any pressure to use his services. Matt also spent many hours working with me late in the evenings guiding me through everything, even on a Friday and Saturday nights! Matt was always available to talk and explain every detail about the loan and home buying process. Matt has the heart of a teacher and I will continue to recommend him to all my friends and use him for all future loan needs. His professionalism, communication, and dedication to his clients are of the highest caliber. Thank you, Matt! Appreciate all of your help and hard work, truly!
