Grace was amazing to work with, she took the time to help me get a label off of my phone due to me having issues, she was very patient and super cool. It seemed the staff that were there were also very nice. Thanks Grace!!

Go to the Park City Fedex then you'll see why UPS gets 5 stars. They're not doing anything special - just attentive and reasonable employees, which is really all it takes.
