Go to the Park City Fedex then you'll see why UPS gets 5 stars. They're not doing anything special - just attentive and reasonable employees, which is really all it takes.

I got to the store about 5 mins before it closed and the only staff member there basically made an excuse that he didn't want to assist and said the task would take 30 mins to print. The next day I went to the UPS store in Heber, and it took them 5 mins to print and ship. I will not go back to the Park City store by choice again.

I have a mailbox at the Boise UPS store and asked to deliver a package to this store. They said they are locally owned and don't allow deliveries unless someone has a mailbox at their store. Terrible service policy

I always have great service at this UPS store but today, the staff member, Grace went beyond the normal good service. I had a very large, cumbersome package and she was so helpful and friendly. Thanks Grace and thanks Park City UPS!

So just one time I want to walk into this store and be greeted with the same smile and hello that I walk in with….but no, these employees are always so rude, unhelpful and just look for ways to charge you extra and belittle you, at least they are consistent.

Staff is nice but the store is independently owned and had junk fees for everything. Even printing an Amazon label when Amazon says it’s a free return at UPS Store.

I’ve dropped packages here many times and always found them friendly and efficient. Today I needed to make some last minute prints for work and they saved the day. Will definitely use them again for prints.

Young Man at the store needs training in communicating with Human Beings!! If he is the only employee and I will have to deal with him again, I will walk out and never return.
