Giving a one store for one specific reason!
They are charging $4 and tax for a plastic bag worth 2 cents. They do this because they understand that it’s an easy way to take advantage of the people, this is because UPS is the only place to return larger items to Amazon. In my area.
I’m sure they’re making a lot of profit while exploiting the people. Very unprofessional business from both the employees, manager and company!
You should change this.
This is an awful look for, the business THE UPS STORE.
Also i can feel the stares from the manager, bruh is not cooo

Really bad service. I showed up with paperwork to notarize. The notary was clueless re notary rules and although everything was correct, I was told the form was filled out incorrectly ( I know 101% it was OK--as I have run a business for 45 years).

Mark and Jen and the entire staff at this location are phenomenal. Customer service is exceptional and it feels like a neighbor community mail & print center bc of their dedication to customers. I have been in this location 100+ times for drop off and pick ups and the entire staff is always happy, kind and willing to go the extra mile for customers. Thank you Mark & Jen!

Tried calling the store & got sent to automated which I hate.Whoever thought that was a good idea for any business it's not. I've always liked UPS, so pretty much now if you need anything just go to a brick and mortar than try to call.It's a lot easier than dealing with a machine who doesn't listen.

This location is the best one, by far. The store is clean, it is efficient, and the staff members were polite and helpful. I needed to get my temporary registration printed after renewing with the DMV website. They were quick even with non-stop customers. And, to top it off, they didn't even charge me to print the document. Very kind. Thank you!!

I've been a customer of #3471 for 16 years and have always had unbelievably professional and friendly service from all the people there. It's so great that if they served beer it would be like Cheers and I would stay longer.
