Every bank needs an Ashlee. She is a powerhouse. I wish she worked at every establishment I had to do business with! She is competent, efficient, personable, and actually gets the things done I need done. I will drive the 25 minutes to Park City just to get her help.

Closed on a Saturday now?! when most people work 9-5 and can’t get in to the bank because of work on weekdays now there’s no chance.If staffing is the problem maybe offer a higher $/hr for new employees. Or look into what management is doing wrong for no one to want to work there.

Don’t go between the hours of 9am-5pm. Understaffed and stressed means there’s no chance to do anything besides depositing a check. Visited multiple times and needed business accounts set up (checking, CC, etc) but nobody was able to help. Will be going to a credit union instead.

While traveling overseas, my account had some suspicious activity; someone tried to change the mailing address. I contacted the bank and had them freeze the account until my return. Once back in the US, I visited the Park City office, and they requested some information to maintain my account open. I submitted all the requested information, and I was told everything was taken care. The bank ended up canceling my accounts while I had many payments scheduled. My mortgage company ended up charging me for the returned payment. The bank manager did not give me a refund for the late fee I was charged by my mortgage company, even though it was the bank's fault. I even have a letter from the bank acknowledging their mistake. After over 15 years of having my accounts at US Bank, I can say that the way they handled the situation was very poor. It looks like the local manager does not have any responsibility, as they keep forwarding me to the 1-800 number.I will not recommend this bank to anyone. I recommend local credit unions that take actual responsibility for their clients.

usbank has "having a hard time during covid19, let us know" believe me......DO NOT SEE ASHLEE UNLESS YOU WANT TO FEEL WORSE!! - She closed my account without any warning. under her personal matters. in which she WAS NOT EVEN willing to acknowledge my hard times. yet made my hard times worse, by closing my account for her own satisfaction. I will-be taking this as far as I can. It is NOT OK! i have been tormented by her actions during these hard times. I mentioned my hard times and pouring salt on wounds? Ot better yet, stab a dying person. Thats what you will get and left without access to your own money. DO NOT BANK HERE! literally you will be ignored and put in a more difficult situation.

U.S. Bank is the best in town. The manager there Ashley is very knowledgeable and helpful has tons of good insight and direction when opening accounts or starting small businesses for example. Friendly atmosphere and great attitudes

Take your money elsewhere. This bank has very poor communication and many hidden fees. There are many great banks in this area including Wells Fargo and several credit unions, invest your money in another company that will take better care of you
