I want to start by saying that Tyson is hands down the best thing this USPS office has. He’s outstanding always patient, friendly, explains everything clearly, and treats people with respect. If everyone worked like him, this would be a top-notch service. Tyson should honestly be the manager running the whole place.
Now, the contrast: the rest of the staff is a disaster. Rude, unmotivated, and they make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking a simple question. You walk in to get something basic done and end up leaving more frustrated than when you arrived. The negative attitude is constant and ruins the entire experience.
The gap between Tyson and his coworkers is so huge it’s hard to believe they work in the same office.
USPS should really take note: they have one exemplary employee surrounded by a team that brings the whole place down.

Lady on the phone is extremly rude and dosnt seem to care about her job. Talked to me like absolute rubbish and very unhelpful would be considerate on who you hire cuz this woman needs better training and customer service skills

Just waited in line so that something I packaged with bubble wrap, has/had value, gets returned with a receipt. What I wasn't expecting was the clerk to turn and FRISBEE my 3 items. 1 smacking and not making it. Okay I really don't care what y'all do with the packages when no one is looking but you have got to be kidding to so it right in front me, and the line of people. Comical.

I blame my age for the fact that I always get confused when mailing anything if it’s a package or a letter, but I’ll come to the post office a few times now and they have always been helpful. I never know how to mail something properly but every time they are fairly patient with me. Especially during the holidays I just mailed a package and I didn’t have tape and they were able to tape on my label and answer basic questions. They probably get full of tourist and people similar to my basic understanding how to mail stuff so I presume that’s why they have low ratings because they probably get fed up with stupid questions but they’ve only ever been nice to me in the past year.

I’ve never had a bad experience till now, we went to go get a passport and I asked a few questions to one of the employers, Alan, he was very rude, he helped in the rudest way possible, almost as I was annoying him, mind you I asked only three questions. As he was getting the passport, and older guys with long hair told us to next time come prepared, we had been there 30 min before our appt and only asked three questions! It was the worst experience ever, don’t go get your passport there!

Miss delivery of my mail twice now, no response just claim they returned mail to sender without notice to me and for no apparent reason. Thank god I’m only here part time because they are the worst

Never have had an issue with this post office — i think what people are missing is the customer service aspect of dealing with the public and having responsibility for our mail. what a service to have and i am grateful for usps.

I just want to thank Sharlena for been so nice and professional. Even tho she was having a long morning she put her best face to provide the service we needed in a prompt, professional and nice way. I wish the front desk older guy was as nice as her instead of giving me all the excuses. Again, thanks Sharlena !!
