This is the WORST customer service ever. I came here because is the closest location to my small business, and every time they refuses to give me two separate receipts. In my small business I need different receipts for each shipment, and they don't want to do it just because. The first time he told me I am killing trees by asking two different receipts (as Amazon or Walmart aren't killing more trees in their packaging waste than my little small business). The second time he simply ignored my request for two separate receipts and handled me all in the same, I can't share that receipts with my customers because it contains other shipments information in it. They are supposed to be here to help us not create us more problems.

I paid for Priority Mail hoping it would arrive faster, but it’s been 8 days and my package still hasn’t been delivered. I’ve been tracking it every day and all it says is “moving through the network.” I went to the post office two days ago asking for more helpful information since this was an urgent delivery, and all they told me was that I should’ve paid for Priority Express, because apparently that’s the only option that guarantees delivery. So what’s the point of Priority Mail then? It’s just a way to charge more for nothing. I honestly don’t recommend this place for shipping anything important you pay extra and get no results or real support.

Really unfriendly staff. Guy with the salt and pepper beard makes you wait forever and has a really bad attitude. Couldn’t have hired a less motivated individual

Normally I hate the gubmint, but JD is awesome. Makes going to the post office almost fun. Always gets stuff done quick and easy, and is the only guy I know with better jokes than me.

The guys in there are rude always ask if it is priority if you have priority box and if your sure it's the right box why can't they just scan my qr code first before acting like it's a problem when I had the right package going to another post office from now on.

Consistently two day behind tracking information. Mail never in boxes when they say it will be. Long lines and staff couldn’t be less helpful. There’s a reason most people use UPS and FedEx for anything important. If you want to see it. Spend 30 seconds in this place.
