Mitch troubleshot with me for an hour about my account, solving issues that half a dozen calls to the corporate customer service line was unable to touch. He was the only employee in the store and he kept it professional and courteous as a line of people formed.
I came home with a new 5g router and I'm very grateful for his help!

Total scam. My 70yr old friend left here with $500 in fraudulent charges. They lied to her about device cost, kept the down payment for themselves and put the entire cost in duplicate on her monthly bill. They crammed useless and unauthorized additional features. And then sold her $250 in unnecessary and overpriced accessories. STAY AWAY
