A COMPANY BOUGHT OUT DR. CARL PRIOR AND THIS COMPANY CHARGES MORE THAN THE CALIFORNIA FEES. $31.50 FOR A NAIL TRIM OF ANY SIZE DOG. tHEY HAV E NEW STAFF THAT ARE NOT SWIFT. EX.; A CALL COMING BECAUSE I AM 15 MINS LATE DID NOT ASK IF I WAS ON MY WAY BUT STATED I WILL BE CHAGED A $30 LATE FEE SO I SAID I AM NOT COMING AND TURNED AROUND. ANOTHER EX. THE VET TECH RETURNED MY NAIL TRIM DOG, 3RD DOG WITH A NAIL TRIM, AND STATED THAT I HAD TO BRING MY DOGS IN MORE OFTEN AND NOT CALIFORNIA FOR EXAMS! THIS IS NOT OUR ONLY RESIDENCE AND I HAVE ALL VET EXAMS SHARED SO THEY ALL HAVE COMPLETE FILES. THIS CORPORATE OWNED VET COMPANY IS ONE OF A FEW THAT ARE RUINING THE ABILITY FOR MANY PET OWNERS, THEY CANNOT AFFORD THE FEES. THEY ARE TURNING IN CATS AND DOGS TO SHELTERS! THUS THESE HEDGE FUND TYPE COMPANIES ARE GOING TO DRIVE THEMSELVES INTO THE FINANCIAL GROUND. GO TO THE VET IN ONE OF THE OTHER CENTERS,, SKIP THIS VET ; PC ANIMAL CLINIC IS NO LONGER A VALUED BENEFIT FOR ANYONES PET”
