After using the WFB website to schedule an appointment we arrive with the other party that has to be there. One of the people drove 90 minutes. Walked in......and could not be helped since the wrong type of appointment was scheduled by the Wells Fargo system. We even indicated in the application it was for a NON-PROFIT. No texts or phone calls to say it was the wrong type of appointment and needed to be with a business banker.Don't let your systems schedule an appointment you won't honor.Advise the customer in advance that the appointment type was wrong.

Worst bank ever. To open account, you need to deposit at least 25 USD in cash.. come on, it's 2023! They do not provide you with Apple pay / Google pay card until you receive physical one (unlike Chase Bank). They don't allow you to make online transfers in first 6 months (unlike Chase). I do not recommend opening a bank account at Wells Fargo as all the requirements and restrictions are soo stupid. I haven't found worse services from all my experiences - I had opened multiple bank accounts across US, Europe and Asia.

I came in with a check from my grandfather's trust who recently passed away. The clerk needed a managers approval (she was nice). The manager was SO RUDE.She saw the check came from a trust, and made jokes like "oh so you're a tust fund kid, you haven't done any work." She asked why we had different last names, and criticized me for the whole process. It came to the point where I told her I'll give you 2 forms of ID. She continued to belittle me and said "Because you're depositing it I don't need it. But if you were withdrawing it I'd need your first born child and then some."Bank somewhere else. This bank and their management especially has no sense of humility. I would much rather have my grandpa and not have to deal with a Karen manager at the bank I've kept my money for years.BANK ELSEWHERE

Worst customer service ever. Just go to the one in town 10x better, and you won't have to deal with their rude attitude!

Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I tried calling multiple times hoping to talk to someone before I waste my time gas and money to come in. Nobody ever picked up after trying plenty of times. I wouldn't waste your time trying with these people.

Laura P at the Kimball Junction Bank is amazing. She is the only one that ever helps me with a smile and is very friendly. Anytime I need help I make sure she is there. She really is the best at this branch.

I have been with Wells Fargo for over 20 years. There is a current issue that they can resolve, but they wish to drag out the resolution and see what fees they can charge me. The bank must have forgotten all the mortgages and banking we have done. Customer service is ZERO.

Unless your needs fit neatly in their box this branch seams incapable. Ive met some unhappy and rude individuals in this branch. They all seam to work there too, snobby and obnoxious attitudes live here

Good luck trying to make an appointment, they never answer the phone and won’t help you make an appointment when you use the drive through. Worst customer service I have dealt with.

We've been with them for 16 years and EVERY time I walk in that bank they greet me, ask how they can help me, and are always super helpful. The staff is great.

Tried to get $40 change for a local vendor booth. Waited in line then waited while they tried to find an old account which is not active so I was turned away. 20 min in the bank and could not get charge because I don't have an active account and now I never will...
