The personnel are very friendly and helpful, but do not trust the prices listed on the shelf. It is very common to see one price listed on the shelf and have a much higher price ring up at the register for the same item. I have quit shopping there because of that.

Price labels DON'T match what rings up..super FRUSTRATING. If prices have changed please put the CORRECT price on the product and put the products in the correct spot

I had the best experience in here tonight—I got helped by the nicest cashier, named LaBrandon, and the manager, Nicole, was so kind too. I will be coming back here!

The blonde check out clerk and the "MANAGER" older lady with grey medium long curly hair treated me with no respect, ignored me when talking when I am disabled with paralyzed vocal chords so my voice is very soft so blonde lady acted like she didnt hear me even while making eye contact with me when I told her I only have one vocal chord that makes me not be able to raise my voice to "SPEAK UP" the manager gave me the most inappropriate attitude when I asked if they take EBT and asked where the knee braces were while giving me an annoyed look like I was inconveniencing her by asking her a question. I told the cashier how they both treated me badly and really hurt my feelings that they would discriminate against me for my disabilities and even the cashier stood up for the manager by saying "yeah, she gives everyone an attitude even me that's just how she is" which is no excuse. The manager went off I to the back when my mother went to talk to her and tell her that she treated me badly and hurt my feelings. Both of them need to either learn how to speak to customers of all walks of life if they are going to have a job that has them speaking with customers because I just moved here and I'm never shopping there again because of them. Especially when my mom explains to them my disabilities and the clerks response was "I'm sorry that YOU thought I gave you an attitude when I didnt"

The unfriendliest service I have ever experienced. The woman didn't want to be at work.

I was on duty Monday night and was attacked verbally multiple times by while my manager on duty Rebekah while trying to take care of customers at the enoch Utah store and I was the one who was terminated by Michelle who was very rude and unfair during my whole employment experience at the Family dollars in enoch now there refusing to pay me for my time owed according to the law of 24 to 48 hours after termination there very unfair and discriminating me and treated me with no respect I pray no one else has to suffer the abuse of that manager and Michelle store manager again

The 2 new ladies are horribly rude & should not be working in Public Relations, we are not the only ones who feel that way. Good luck with your new staff
