I have been with Ave Storage from the time they opened. We have had a unit for many reasons since. They are so clean and they have high standards for their facility. They are worthy of their triple AAA .you pay your bill and follow the rules and you will have top service. We had forgotten to put our locks back on and they noticed and secured it and immediately contacted us. My husband and son in law were accessing our unit, and because they were rarely the ones to do it, I got a call after office hours to inquire if we were aware of it. They are so amazing. Very professional but super personal. Love the on site attendants. AWESOME WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

We had a great experience with AAA storage. Among the options we called in Payson, they were by far the most responsive. And every time we needed to be able to talk to someone, we were able to. The facility was clean and well-maintained, and the people were great to work with. We recommend them highly!

Very clean and the Front desk Ladies are adorbs and very helpful. We have been using their storage facilities for over a year now! Love it store my junk and seasonal stuff away from the home front.

Very happy with the service that I have received at AAA Avenue Storage, staff very friendly and helpful was running late they have a after hours phone service that helped me access unit after hours!! would recommend this storage facility.

Due to delays in building our home, we have been using AAA Storage for more than 18 months. We've rented 3 outdoor units and 2 climate controlled units. Our experience has been outstanding. They were very accommodating on our move up here from Texas - and the whole process was very simple. Easy access to our stuff even after hours. The facility is clean and they even offer bait to kill mice, although we check frequently and have never had to use it. While they offer free use of a small moving van for half a day - it is only available free for moving in. You pay for use of the truck to move out. It's cheaper to rent a much larger uhaul truck for a day than to rent theirs for half a day.

I've been storing my trailer here for a few years, and have never had any problems. Last night I was bringing the trailer back and I knew I'd get there after the gates lock at 10:00. I called the after-hours number and left a vm asking if I could get some help. Within ONE MINUTE I had a text from them with a temporary code so that I could get my trailer in! That is fantastic customer service, and I'm grateful for their accommodating and helpful attitudes!

My family members and I have had a unit off and on at AAA Avenue storage for years, we always go back!! facility is always clean and well taken care of. The staff is great always willing to help you also when you call after hours someone always answers the phone or returns your call promptly, would highly recommend AAA Avenue Storage to anyone!!
