I was soo impressed recently when i went to the Ace Hardware store in Payson with a Stihl chainsaw that wouldnt start!
As I walked in the door, I met TJ who immediatley walked over and helped me! I was almost shocked that I received such quick, friendly, service!!! He took my chain saw and instead of checking it in for future service, he and I went into the back room and he worked on it for about 20-30 minutes! He cleaned it up and had it running and adjusted for me. You can't find service like this very often. It was soo refreshing and I appreciate TJ for his kindness! He made my day!!

A decent place to find some things you need, the wood is okay could be cut better they got a lot of tools equipment they got fair amount of screws and bolts could be a bigger selection and the employees that work there are pretty good some that interact with me are decent and usually really helpful I remember going here when I was kid with my grandpa before it was a ace hardware I don't remember what we would get but I do remember spending time with my grandpa there but besides all that it's a pretty decent store to go to three out of five

I went to this store recently looking for a specific bolt size and shape that I needed for a project. I was turned over to the hardware staff who spent all the time I needed finding the exact product that would work for me. I was incredibly impressed by how helpful and friendly the staff at this store were! I don’t live in Payson but I will be going back to this store whenever I need something. I’m so glad I stopped by!

Really enjoy coming into the store and seeing the Employees. Everyone is super nice and accommodating. I really like Mandie at the front counter, and Miriam. Matt, Jared.. they all do such a good job..

I love this store! They are always willing to take the time to answer questions and their always knowledgeable. TJ in the paint department is awesome. I'm so glad we have a such a great local hardware store with wonderful employees!

Great hardware store that is my go-to for home projects. They are on the smaller side so occasionally they don't have what I need, also great loyalty program.

Unfortunately I had false expectations expectations that were not met along with an incorrect order for a timely project I needed to complete. Though this may be a corporate franchise concern, return/restock policy was never disclosed thoroughly and I would suggest an increase in the attention to detail for orders placed in store. Other than that, very hometown friendly staff with a great atmosphere. Thanks

Gordon's is an amazing hardware store. They treat everyone like family! I consider all of the employs to be my friends! They have a great on-line presence and in-store shopping. They sell Treager, electric snow blowers, some lumber, electrical, plumbing, painting supplies of all types. They have multiple locations so if one store does not have what you are looking for, they will bring it from another location.Jarrett and company are amazing. They give to the community, and are honorable in business!

I shop at this ace hardware the employees really go out of thier way to make sure they take excellent care of any customer I had a key that didn't work they even sent a man to help me reprogram it I am so grateful to all the team at this Ace hardware.
