Excellent service! I had a battery die and while finding someone to jump me I called and was able to verify that the battery I needed was in stock. They were not pushy and didn’t try to sell me more than I wanted. When I arrived they helped me get my battery and huge shout out to David E. who came and replaced it for me.

When in, I was in a rush and three people were helping me find items I needed and the even went out and got the part I needed at another store and I just picked it up later. Very helpful

Sad to see what’s come of the store I use to run. Absolutely 0 help, not even a “Welcome to AutoZone” what happened to Drop stop 30/30? Tried calling the district manager in charge to explain my frustration left voicemail’s but never got a call back. This place is literally ran by teenagers now, who have 0 idea what they are doing, constantly swearing. The manager Brett when I called down there wasn’t helpful at all when I was trying to ask about a product I was seeing if it was under warranty. Hopefully this makes its way up to the regional team of how bad this store has become, this isn’t even about me being biased to me being the old store manager, quite obviously this store is hurting for competent people. Save your time and go to Advanced or O’Reillys. Use to love AutoZone for the culture and people but this store alone ruined all of that.

Jackson was really amazing and helpful i had 2 bad batterys and he helped me change em let me borrow all the tools i needed and checked on me while he helped 3 other customers ! Great guy who cares about customer service !

excellent staff, I arrived a week ago with a broken hose of about 15 cm, the lady who helped me got two different types of hoses and she did not charge me, she gave them to me for free, thank you very much for the help

I’d like to share that the sales staff at this store is fantastic and went above and beyond with their service tonight. I needed to get a new car battery. It was a half an hour before the store closed before I could get a jump for my dead car. As I headed to the store, driving through a terrible snow storm, I called the store to let them know I was going arrive close to the closing time. I arrived approximately 5 minutes before the store was due to close. They had my replacement battery waiting at the checkout. We took care of the transaction, and they switched the old battery, replacing it with the new battery. Start to finish, it took only 20 minutes and I was on my way back home. Ever so grateful the they were so efficient and accommodating to me. Thank you! 2/8/24

Couldn't help find a part for a 95 jeep. Asked for the manager the girl said she was and asked her a question and she just walked away! Didn't help us what so ever and didn't answer any questions! I thought that's what you go to an auto part store for, get help and parts for vehicles.
