He was very easy to talk to and actually worked with me on my handgun to discover why it was jamming. Friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely go back with any gunsmithing type problems.

Perhaps Allie couldn't get her guns back for a year because my trigger was being replaced. But that only took two weeks. Great service and no charge, since it was a Remington purchased in 1971 and it was still under warranty in 2020.
