Very bad customer service every single time I go I never get my change back ... I don't know if they don't know how to count but no matter what my change is I never get it back. And you ask them and they are rude. They charge for water even if you have your own cup just like a normal drink.

Where to begin? Place changed hands and service flew off a cliff, nothing is marked other than by merchandisers, dont pay with cash because they cant get change right, they charge for ice if you bring in your own tumbler, and you have to wait 10-15 minutes even when the store is empty. Look on the bright side, pavement is in such poor quality, you'll get a free back massage pulling in.

This store has really gone down hill went there for smokes pulled up to the drive thru window and sat at the window for 5 minutes (yes I watched my clock) foriegn guy was doing things like looking under the counter walking around the corner the whole time he was on the phone but serving customers at the counter.I ended up pulling around going in and there he is serving the car behind me so yes I ripped him a new one his only defense he kept saying was he was on the phone with his boss......you're on the phone with your boss but serving customers with no issue at the counter while ignoring me in the drive thru window.From now on I will go across the street to the last chance/shell or go to genies for my needs they just lost a local customer today and I would avoid this place ?.
