This store is full of liars. They told me my due date was one day, come to find out it wasn’t. Then they charged for missing that date. I mentioned today I might switch and now all of a sudden my bill is immediately due on a date that isn’t my due dateor their shutting me off at midnight. It’s not even my due date yet. AND watch your bills. I told them I didn’t want the insurance and they put it on anyways. Which has been an extra $30 for several months. My fault for not double checking. I thought they could be trusted. They can’t tell the truth for nothing. It’s disgusting. Do yourself a favor and DON’T USE THEM. Don’t even bother. Horrible customer service, you can’t ever access their website and all they give are excuses. The one I just talked to probably had the wrong account cause he called me different names. Just. Don’t.

Definately not a good experience at this Cricket location. Sales rep that assisted us didn't seem to have any answers to our questions and his response was often "I'm not sure". The phones we were purchasing came in a bundle with a free phone case and a screen protector. With the exception of one phone case and a screen protector they didn't have any of the items that were supposed to be included. We received no help in setting the phones up instead we were told once we entered our Apple ID info the phones would be set up which was not the case. We had to go across the street to T-Mobile to purchase the charging blocks for the phones because Cricket also had none of those in stock. It was an employee at T-Mobile that took a hour of her time to help us set up the phones purchased at Cricket. Likely would have went to T-Mobile in the first place had we known what we were in for with this Cricket location.

Customer service at location is great, but absolutely horrible as a company. Used to have great service, but worse than Sprint and T-Mobile the past 8 months. I finally had to switch carriers.

Service in Lots More Places including Goshen/Elberta ! Pricing is Second to None, I've been a customer for over 5 years and still going. I've even had Friends and Family switch from other carriers!

While i was there getting my new phone.the sales person, eric went the extra mile to help me get it set up.and helped me with some things i needed help with that i did not know how to like he set up my cricket voice mail etc.Anyone wanting to buy a. Phone from this location i give it a score of 10.

They sold me a phone that was junk. It wouldn't connect too the internet. It was under warranty but they refused too send me a new phone unless I returned the broken phone (no physical damage whatsoever) leaving me with no phone for a period if time and causing me too feel my videos and pictures were potentially not saved. I'm old ok. I do not fully trust technology. So, having been a customer for 10 plus years i asked them too allow me too take in the phone too a store too Prove no physical damage and send me a new phone keeping the piece of junk with my pictures and videos safe and not having too go without a phone. No good. I spent over n hour speaking with several customer service reps denied my request. They lost my service and my respect.
