We ordered from Lazy J Meats and were very satisfied by how good everything was - the ribeye, filet mignon, new york strip, sirloin, tri-tip, brisket, chuck roast, and ground beef were all phenomenal. You can really tell this meat comes directly from a high-quality rancher who truly cares about their animals and their craft. The difference in flavor, texture, and freshness is incredible. As much as We love eating steak at a restaurant the quality here is beyond what you get at most steakhouses, brazillian churrascos or at the grocery store.
My family said it was the best steak they’ve ever had, and I agree. Buying direct from the rancher not only supports local american agriculture but also gives you a product that is grass-fed, more nutrient dense, more flavorful and healthier.
Highly recommend Lazy J Meats to anyone who loves exceptional beef and wants to know exactly where it comes from. Great quality, great value, and great people behind the product. We’ll definitely be ordering again from Lazy J Meats!

Just picked up my second pig share and have been beyond impressed with the quality of meat and friendly service.
These guys have immense pride in what they do and it shows, clearly doing things the right way for both the animals and us.
Worth the long drive to support a great group of people and will only be buying my beef and pork here moving forward.

We drove up from Phoenix AZ, about 10 hours to pick up our 1/2 beef and my Son picked up his 1/4 beef. Seemless transaction; friendly interactions and overall a 100% positive experience. The day after getting back home we had some burgers (no bun, no condiments just straight up beef and the taste was unbelievably good! That night we had the Family over and grilled up Ribeyes, NY strips and some sirloins and in came the compliments on the beef! We all loved it. Thank you all at Lazy J and we will be making this an annual trip moving forward. Highly recommend!

compared to the other butchers in the area. The price is a bit high and the cuts are so so. My order has been off a few times and price was more than I was quoted over the phone.

Super charming store set right on main street. Between the quality of beef, the price you pay, and supporting local ranchers what more could you ask for? Braden and Katie run an awesome operation, and as long as they are around I'd encourage you to give them a try.

We picked up a full cow 2 weeks ago and the service and quality is second to none. We live in Las Vegas about 800 miles round trip and I’m telling you, I will make this trip many more times. They owner and staff is so accommodating and very helpful and knowledgeable and wouldn’t let me load anything, they packed all 5 -165 coolers full and the meat was fine on the 5 hour trip home. If you are thinking on or are going to buy cow,pig or chicken don’t waste your time buying from anyone other the Lazy J meats. I had my steaks cut 1 -1/2 and they are amazing and grill up so nice, the breakfast sausage and fresh side is amazing as well. Thanks for raising and selling good meat I found my place love it.
