I had a very poor experience with the quality of cured meat and sausage with four pigs I had processed. Cutting and wrapping was fine. I will not use them again.

Used Gary's Meat as part of the Salt Lake County Jr. Livestock Show/Auction. Everything turned out great & tasted delicious. Gary's Meat was also able to accommodate organ requests which was nice (heart, liver, etc.)

If you need to have a beef or two processed, this is the place. they also process game animals too. They do great work
