I got a haircut today and was bad, the girl was very rude and aggressive, maybe coz was Sunday, she didn’t care to be there, hire better staff great clips! No coming back here again…

My son got his hair cut here by a man the only male stylist in the place. He didn't listen to what he wanted at ALL. The picture my son showed him of what he wanted was longer hair and it's so short. Let me add my son started out with longer hair. My son is so embarrassed by the way it looks and school starts tomorrow. I would give 0 stars if I could. I feel so bad for my son. It's not just a little different from the picture he wanted it's a TOTALLY DIFFERENT HAIR CUT. If you can't listen to what the PAYING customer wants you're in the wrong line of business. I will NEVER bring him back here again.

Have gotten haircuts here many times and been satisfied but was driving there to get a haircut and called ahead to get my name on the list and was told they weren’t able to help me. That I would have to download their app or go to their website, while driving, to put my name on their list. I asked, if I walked in could you put my name on the list? They said of course. So it’s not that they can’t, it’s that they won’t. I get that you want your stylists cutting hair instead of answering phone calls but call me old fashioned when I say if a customer requests it, you can help out. I will be getting haircuts elsewhere where maybe they are a little more old fashioned and getting customers in and out of the chair faster isn’t out above good customer service.

Great hair cuts and good prices. They are quick and professional. I wish there was a way to pick your stylist online when checking in, but otherwise, awesome! Still satisfied with my haircuts here.

I just had the worst haircut I've ever had in my life at this location. It's not even fixable, I have to shave my head. I have a pretty simple haircut and gave very simple, clear instructions. Man, did this young woman not understand the assignment. I am fairly certain she may have been a student. However, this is so bad that she shouldn't have passed schooling or even be professionally hired yet. It took her around 5 minutes l, which is way to short for a decent haircut. Got home and showed my wife and she was blown away by how patchy and uneven it is literally everywhere. I don't know how you cut hair for a living and don't notice these details. I have been getting my haircut for awhile here on and off but unfortunately that was my last. Hire better staff Great clips.

This place is unprofessional! To the bald hair dresser with the beard, you need to educate yourself on customer service!!! Treat people with respect and don't cut corners on people's hair.

The guy that cut my hair today was so rude and aggressive and I have no idea why. He had a condescending response to everything and adjusted my head way too fast he was also scratching my head so hard with the comb it was really weird and uncomfortable. I was probably in and out of the chair in 8 minutes and the hair looks like it.. definitely not worth $21

I don't go to Great Clips to get a haircut I'm happy with, and I know that about myself. I have left Great Clips one time with a haircut I was happy with, I think that was in 2010. I stand by what I told my stylist, he can't hurt my feelings with the end result, but good lord, if I wanted a lightning fast haircut with absolutely no discretion or critical thought and culminating in just hacking at my head with clippers I would have done it at home and saved twenty dollars. Bro's pace had me feeling like I was intruding on his time, at one point he nearly ripped my earring (STUD!) out, and several times I was concerned he was going to scratch my neck with his shears.
Please slow the hell down, guys, or be upfront you're trying to get people out of your chairs in under twenty minutes at any cost.

I had gotten a bad perm somewhere else and have been trying to grow it out. My hair had been all one length, but I decided layers would look better. My stylist did a great job in doing a cut that made my less than perfect hair look much better!
