I really love the speed of the internet we have at home provided by Intellipop, but also they have a great customer service, I had Kara helped me with some billing items and she was very professional and caring besides the fact that she was so prompt and very polite.
I highly recommend this company and the service they render to anyone.

Best internet provider I've ever had. Also, amazing customer service. I haven't seen such great customer service in a long time! The speeds are fast and the 1 time (bad weather) my internet went down they had it fixed in our community within hours. They even call you personally to followup to make sure things are still running smoothly. Patricia is a great customer service advocate for them as well. She was very thorough and helpful in providing clear information, she was patient with me and had a great persona!

Alex helped me make a payment to my account and informed me uptopia suspended the account on their end. He attempted to request and unsuspension and it unfortunately didn’t work. I was under the impression that I would have to wait until the morning, but Alex is such a great representative that he went out of his way to get ahold of Utopia and request to get it back up. I really appreciate his help and effort
