My most recent visit I was needing to have a music book spiral bound because the pages were falling out and Brian was so helpful and did a fantastic job. I love knowing that any time I visit I am going to have a good experience.”
“My parents asked me to have some slides digitized. They included pictures of my dad’s mission to Toronto in the late 1960’s and then some family and vacation photos through around the mid 1970’s.I compared prices with those I found online and decided I felt much better having a local company do the job as the cost seemed very comparable and a few of the online places seemed like there would be additional hidden costs added and I wasn’t comfortable sending these irreplaceable family treasures through the mail.Before going into the shop, I called to ask about prices and a timeline. That experience and the three times I went into Snelson’s, I was greeted with friendly employees who were knowledgeable and thoroughly answered my questions. The digitized photos were copied onto my own flash drive and the job was complete a couple of days earlier than expected.The slides were well-cared for and came back in the same condition I left them. The digitized images are high quality and didn’t disappoint. My parents are thrilled with the results have spent hours looking at the pictures and reminiscing. They’ve shared many new stories prompted by the photos that I’ve never heard before. They are so welcoming and so fast and anytime I drop off my Amazon returns they scan them and email me a receipt immediately so I don’t have a piece of paper to keep track of.
