Was in the checkout line today, and my card was acting up. I politely told the cashier “one moment” while I checked my bank. Instead of a little patience, she rolled her eyes and said “oh my god.” I get that work can be stressful, but having that kind of attitude toward customers doesn’t make things easier for anyone. A little kindness goes a long way — we’re all just trying to get through the day.

They need to bring there carts in more often. They are always all. Over the parking lot and the cart returns are all filled up. The only issue I have with the store is this.

If you want to experience worse under staffing at the register than Walmart, Smiths Payson sets a new low bar. 10+ people deep waiting to check out and ONE very slow cashier open. Mind blowing. Payson Market is my new goto. AND they don't require a loyalty card for checkout....win-win for customers.

Great customer service and employees. Large selection of groceries and other things, incl. a pharmacy and meds/vitamins. The prices aren't quite as good as Walmart, but are fairly competitive, esp. if you use their points card and digital coupons app. The parking lot is big, but often crowded during peak hours.

Wonderful people working in the Pharmacy. Professional and knowledgeable. The grocery store has an outstanding bakery. I ordered a custom birthday cake and it was perfect.
