Have used several U-Haul facilities in the past. This is the first time I've had problems. First of all, when I first rented the truck, it had 5/16 of a tank of gas. I returned the truck with 3/8 of a tank (so slightly more than required), yet I was charged a re-fueling fee. Secondly, when I rented the truck, it was not clean. There was mild debris scattered throughout. This was noted on the contract, and I was told all would be fine. Then to my surprise, I was charged a cleaning fee. They don't inform you of these charges until you've already left the facility. I called to discuss the charges and had to leave a message. Needless to say, I haven't got a call back. Seems a little dishonest to say the least.

Service was friendly and fantastic. I rented a car hauler and the lady there was very friendly, professional, and made it more likely I'd use their services again in the future.

Had a great experience at Mt. Loafer Storage, they were very professional We rented a big U-haul truck and auto-transport the cute girl in the office came out and helped me hook up auto-transport. Would rent from them again.

Great experience here. We had an issue with a car we were towing and a woman who worked here helped us out quickly. She even gave us some cold water bottles to beat the 90 degree heat. It's a small town, Payson, but the people are great to each other

I rented a uhaul truck from this location over the weekend and wow what a joke! Went in on Saturday and was helped by a very nice lady I was in and out quickly. She had stated that they were going to be closed the next day on Sunday and that I could just park the truck in front of the building and that it would be okay if it was back at exact time as they couldn't rent it back out anyways due to being closed. Well behold I actually got charged an extra day because of about an hour.. and to think I was actually going to rent a storage unit and trailer parking space from these crooks!

Uhaul is very good to me, and i use them constantly. This location lied about my fuel level so they could steal a whopping $30 extra dollars from me!! Too yellow to answer the phone and own it, or respond to email. NO INTEGRITY!!! Never going to Mt. Loafer again! I will inconveniently drive to the next town. Hope it was worth it-

I just called and all this location could tell me was "I don't have any trucks. Call the main line" It doesn't sound like this location is in the truck rental business anymore. Edit: I swung by this place on an errand and saw only Uhaul trailers.

Worst company in America! I've been screwed before, but uhaul takes the cake! $57.30 to rent 6 blankets?!! Wow!!! They tell you one thing on the front end but somewhere on your "contract" it says another then they screw you. They put my drop off on a sun when my local uhaul for drop off isn't even open!!! No I'm not going to leave them on a doorstep and risk getting charged who knows how much for them being stolen!!! Uhaul has always been the most expensive and now knowing that they are a screw job as well! Not sure how they stay in business!!

We moved, and they gave us a huge truck. The terms were clear and fair, and it helped us to move quickly.
