Extremely Disappointed – Avoid This Location
I had a terrible experience at this UPS Store. It took over 30 minutes just to be helped, and then another 30 minutes for Jake—the employee assisting me—to ship my package. I clearly showed him the correct address, but he failed to confirm it and sent it to the wrong location. I had paid extra for overnight shipping because the delivery was urgent.
Instead of arriving on time, the package got returned to the store due to their mistake—and sat there for over a week without anyone contacting me. I only found out because the recipient reached out asking where it was. When I went back to the store and explained the situation, they acknowledged the error but still made me pay again to re-ship it.
This whole ordeal delayed my project, upset our customer, and cost me double what I should have paid. Zero accountability, poor communication, and unacceptable service. I won’t be using this location again.

I go to this location regularly and the staff is always very helpful and friendly. My most recent visit I was needing to have a music book spiral bound because the pages were falling out and Brian was so helpful and did a fantastic job. I love knowing that any time I visit I am going to have a good experience.

Always an excellent experience at this location. The staff is consistently helpful, even when the lines get long. They handle my shipments quickly and efficiently, and I always leave feeling taken care of. Great service every time!

The service given was phenomenal! Bryan was exceptionally helpful ! He was multi tasking helping 2 customers at the same time very & well ! He deserves a raise !
And it was near closing time with several customers in the store! Awesome experience at the Payson Utah UPS store!

By far superior customer service at this location! Everytime we go we have had excellent customer service! Today we went not knowing they closed at 4 and he let us sneak in and send our package off after I told him no big deal we could come in Monday! Thank you so much!!!

I always take my shipments here. Amazon is a freaking joke and you have to have a degree in shipping to return anything these days. However, this place is always super helpful, patient with all my problems, and just superb. I drive over an hour to come to this location, no lie. He’s the only one I trust to ship correctly and I’ve never felt like he’s tried to take advantage of my stupidity. In fact I messed up a package and he went in the back to find a spare box and used his tape to help me fix it. Above and beyond!!!
