They used to have awesome employees at this branch. Now they don’t! They are not interested in actually serving customers. One especially isn’t very pleasant at all. She is rude, unhelpful and very slow. I would avoid this branch at all costs! Working on moving all of my accounts now!

Had a cashier's check that needed to be cancelled. Josh took 20 minutes to fill out the paperwork last week. He called to follow up today and let me know the cancellation posted to my account. I appreciate the follow up and being treated like a customer and a person.

Would not help me, wouldn’t even try to help with depositing a check I have been receiving from my work for the last 3 years and depositing with no problem. Banker definitely profiled me , an experience I have not had before.

Don't get a account with this bank they will stab you in the back and they can't stand veterans. I'm disabled and my is a retired veteran and they destroyed are account so run far away from this bank.

After being on hold for ten minutes, the guy tells me that I should just call the customer service number because it’s going to take him longer !!! Well whenever I go there they always have more than one worker ! Why do they close so early and they are the only bank to start at 10 am as well !! This is horrible they’re not even open for me to do business transactions anymore !! I can’t get to the bank until 5 sometimes and when I went there at 4:05 they said sorry we are closed it was literally just a few minutes and there were 3 of them just talking !!

I had a was having a bad day before opening this account, however that didn't affect the professionalism this bank keeps. Tania was a big help, super professional and made opening an account with them easy and stress free. Made my day go a lot easier.

I Learned about the (75) offer cashing a check that was given to me. I decided to open an Account with USBank on 11/21. I followed the instructions (deposited and used 75.00 Dollars+ notified them I had done so. AS PROMISED the following business day, I had 75.00 Dollars in my Account !!! USBank is Open Late Until 7:00 p.m. !
