The post lady is rude and writes on your mail if you don’t check it every day!!!!
People have lives and get busy - mailbox not even full!!! Threatens to return mail and packages!! Isn’t that illegal?!?! I feel like she’s harassing us!!!

Jeff & Wendy were very helpful & friendly! The Daily Herald staff continues to deliver the newspapers late to the post office- after carriers have left on their routes- Jeff got my mom’s paper so she could have it for the weekend. I appreciate your help!

The staff at the Payson USPS was incredibly helpful. We were sending an international package, and they answered all our questions and made the process incredibly simple. I’ll definitely be using their services for my future shipment needs, especially for international shipping.

Today I had a package delivered to my front door. I have a little frenchie that ran out when I opened the door. Leeann (postal carrier) started yelling get your dog away from me. She did explain she had been bite. As I’m trying to get my girl, she ran off to pee. Then she pulled out something she was going to spray my dog. There was no need I was right there and she had no interest in Leeann. I understand her being scared, but to keep acting like a child. She then went to take my package and just leave a slip.
Maybe take some time off! Your actions are going to keep getting you bite. Went to the post office and Ray wasn’t helpful at all. LEEANN MAYBE ITS TIME TO GET A NEW JOB. She has been rude before when delivering.

The USPS system is terrible; the mail carriers never knock or ring the doorbell for packages, you stay on the phone waiting for someone to pick for 3 minutes until the line just cuts off, and the website tracking system doesnt update where your package is. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is because when you do get someone on the phone, they really do try to help you. Ray was very kind and understanding on the phone and was trying to help me locate my package. He called the mail carrier, talked to supervisors, and called me back as soon as he could. I am very grateful to him, but their system just sucks!

Always helpful, kind and patient. Only wish there was a self serve machine for after hours. During the Covid shutdown using a USPS self serve machine was great for contactless mailing. Would be helpful at this time of year as well, for people trying to avoid getting sick. Otherwise this is a great place with friendly workers.

I live in Santaquin, and this place is a five star establishment compared to the Santaquin PO. The staff has always been kind and helpful and not too long of a wait in line.

Terrible terrible service. I had a package delivered today to the wrong place and I can’t get a hold of anyone to ask about it. I’ve called 15 times this morning and nobody will answer the phone at their office. This is ridiculous.

They do the best they can and the staff is always nice. They just don't answer the phone and lose mail alot.
