Always helpful, kind and patient. Only wish there was a self serve machine for after hours. During the Covid shutdown using a USPS self serve machine was great for contactless mailing. Would be helpful at this time of year as well, for people trying to avoid getting sick. Otherwise this is a great place with friendly workers.

I live in Santaquin, and this place is a five star establishment compared to the Santaquin PO. The staff has always been kind and helpful and not too long of a wait in line.

Terrible terrible service. I had a package delivered today to the wrong place and I can’t get a hold of anyone to ask about it. I’ve called 15 times this morning and nobody will answer the phone at their office. This is ridiculous.

The workers were friendly and nice! It wasn't busy at all when I went on a Friday morning and I got help right away. I even made a mistake on paperwork and the lady was very nice about it. Not all government employees are like this! I appreciated it!

I don't know why they don't have better reviews. Probably the nicest people I've ever encountered at the post office. Sooooo helpful and friendly! I should have grabbed their names!

I went to the Post Office today at 2:30 pm, only to find all the doors LOCKED!!! There was a sign that stated, "We are sorry for the inconvenience. Our lobby will be closed at 5:45 PM and will reopen at 5:30 AM until further notice".No day's listed, no explanation as to why.I know that "they" work a traditional schedule but some of today's workers are not that fortunate. Some people work Monday - Friday and don't arrive back in Payson until after 6:00 PM. When are they supposed to pick up their mail?I am sure they never even considered that!!!YES, I AM ANGRY AND FRUSTRATED.

Don’t trust This USPS for any packages that might be important to you or one-of-a-kind memorabilia. Use any other shipping company. They treat priority mail evelopes with no extra care to make sure it gets to the desired address. Waste of money on shipping and waste of money on my one-of-a-kind item. Will update if they hold true to their word and find it and delivered it to my house. UPDATE : Nothing ever showed up. i’ll be requiring a signature here further.

This post office always does exceptional work! I have had numerous packages delivered from here on time or early. The staff are very kind and seem to care about me as a customer. I will continue using this post office and recommend others do too.

These guys have been great to me for many years. I always have felt welcomed, and feel I can ask questions freely. The neighborhood postal delivery lady who services our home is like clockwork, I am happy for her help. Thank you all for your service!

I hate the Payson post office. The city makes my house and several others in my neighborhood share a group mailbox. Like an apartment mailbox. The post office people don’t care what size of item they are delivering though. Doesn’t matter if it’s a book that won’t fit on my side of the mailbox. They don’t care if they are delivering my spouse’s master’s degree that is also to big to fit in the mailbox. They don’t care about anything. Nothing is to important or to big to be smashed into a ball. If we call and complain nothing changes because they don’t care. My spouse’s masters degree was a really big deal. There was cardboard/ card-stock to keep it from being bent. Imaging if I crumpled up your wedding photos. I hate the Payson post office.

We just bought our first house and moved in about a month ago. I went in to submit a change of address. After about a week I hadn't heard anything so I tried to call, which there was no option to talk to someone. In the meantime we got at least 2 calls from companies wondering why our mail was returned. I went in and found out that if the previous owners didn't leave a key, I have to pay $40 to have it re-keyed. So I did that then checked my mail 2 days later and there was a full mail box notice. (Our neighbor said the house was vacant for 6 months.) So I went back in and they said there was no mail. She said she would talk to the carrier and call me, which hasn't happened. All my experience with them they were kind so I don't know what is going on but I don't think this is how it's supposed to go when you buy a house
