I've never had an issue here or at the pharmacy here. It's like any other Walmart. They seem to always stay in stock whatever is in season. This is a good one to go to!

I have a big beef with the pharmacy department for a sole reason - they took away my ability to use mobile express a while ago. They have this sign still up, but they do not offer it. It's been weeks since I've been notified in person about the change; yet, they will not take down this sign, despite the fact that they do not offer it. It's false advertising and a huge inconvenience, especially when the lines are incredibly long to wait for your prescriptions. Sadly, it's an expectation to wait in long lines for either regular OR self checkout for everything else, but doing the mobile express was a main perk and reason why I kept my meds at Walmart. I'm seriously reconsidering taking my business elsewhere.

I always stop when traveling they always have the cheapest prices and good deal on cloths. The place is clean I use self checkout I'm in and out fast

Moved to this area roughly a year ago. Initially loved this Walmart. While they do not carry as large a variety of items and brands as other Walmarts, customer service was, WAS exceptional. After today's experience, I no longer want to give my business to this location. Came in to buy a few quick items. Went to the 20 items or less check out register. Would have gone to a self check out if One were available. Cash register attendant did not make eye contact or acknowledge me. Supervisor came over to address cash register attendance concerns about her lunch break. Supervisor and cash register attendant continue the discussion regarding break versus lunch break so I placed my items back into the cart to find another cash register to check out. Supervisor attempted to tell me the cash register attendant could help me after I'd placed my items back into my cart. Found another register and observed this cash register attendant texting on her phone while finishing with the customer ahead of me. I am really not trying to be unreasonable but in the very least I would expect when making my purchase with an attendant that the attendant would provide some type of customer service. Fortunately, this incident was not the first I've experienced here.

Clean up this store! The self check outs were disgusting. I don't want to set all the items that I'm purchasing and taking into my home on scanning surfaces and a bagging area that has a disgusting film of who know what on it. Three checks out registers available and not one of them looked like they had been sanitized all day

The store is great. The employees are friendly and helpful. Great selection. Never had a problem. But the Redbox movie rental is awful. Twice in a row would not accept my credit card, couldn't get my movie, and I had to call to get a refund. Waste of time.

Not a 1 but not better. The product are not high quality. Bought an ATV battery last fall and here it is April and it doesn't hold a charge. The response from the department manager? "Sorry, that can happen. We have another you can buy." The factory battery lasted 5 years under the same use conditions. Going elsewhere for any purchases where I need to depend on the item to perform.

THE GOOD: Starting with the positive I want to first say that the under-$20/hr employees at this location seem to be slightly more friendly than at other locations in the area. THE BAD: As for this particular store my biggest complaint is that I feel like management often makes seemingly arbitrary policies without explaining to its staff the purpose of those policies. Maybe they aren't arbitrary but it sure seems that way to customers like myself when employees can't even begin to explain the reasoning behind policies that seem unreasonable. A few months ago, for example, I was trying to find a pair of winter gloves for my toddler. When I asked an associate in children's apparel I was told that ALL gloves regardless of brand, type or size, had been recalled. That seemed asinine to me but that was all she could tell me. Then today when I asked customer service if they would break a $20 bill I received as change FROM ONE OF THEIR OWN self-check stations I was told that store policy forbade giving change, but again I was given no reason for a policy forbidding something I'd done time and time again at other Walmart locations.

I tried returning an item the other day and Stephanie the manager was so rude to me. She told me to go to another Walmart because this Walmart was not going to return the item. I finally called 1800 Walmart and Dustin the store manager called me and told me that the item was passed its 90 days and that no retailer would return the item. I was flabbergasted at their responses and disgusted with their customer service. I rather drive 15 min to the Spanish Fork Walmart.

It's like any other Walmart. It has what you need with 1000 other people around. Staff know just as much as any other Walmart. A little friendlier though.

For a small town this place is busy. Lines go fast and employees are very friendly. Everything you need from groceries to hammers and prescriptions.

This walmart has it's good and bad. Some cashiers are slow and angry, other quick and nice. The photo lab is closed early every time I go in. Electronics center I love, everyone is kind and helpful.
