They were able to get our cat in very quickly and get him fixed up after he had gotten into a cat fight and injured his tail. Very nice and friendly front desk ladies.

Absolutely love the groomers there. But as a veterinarian clinic, I think their prices are too high.

Overpriced and misdiagnosed. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

If I could do no stars I would, Dr.Evans is terrible! He is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. I have two pit bulls which would never heart a fly they are the sweetest dogs, great around kids and great with other dogs. I also have a yorkie and whenever I would bring my Yorkie there he would always be nice so thinking that he would give the same treatment to my two pit bulls I made an appointment and that was not the case he was always so rude when I would bring them in he never talked to my pit bulls and wouldn’t pet them or make them feel welcomed or comfortable, Visibly my dog would shake because she has very bad anxiety when she goes to the vet, and the fact that he never would be kind to her and make her feel better is ridiculous. My other pit bull is about 70 pounds and a big teddy bear when I went in Evans asked me to put a muzzle on him with no real reason as to why my dog had a smile on his face and was sitting there waiting for Evans to pet him. If Dr.Evans is scared of pit bulls then he shouldn’t make an appointment to see them. The fact that he is a vet and not making every dog feel welcomed no matter the breed is beyond me. It is not okay to treat people with certain breeds rudely or unfair. Being a vet Evans needs to treat them kindly and make them feel safe and welcomed especially when they are scared of a new environment, smells as well as brand new people. I would never recommend this place to anyone, going there on multiple occasions and having Dr.Evans treat my dogs like they are terrible dogs who are aggressive and going to attack at any moment is not okay and it needs to be known that he needs to treat every dog with kindness and make them feel comfortable. I would like to say the Receptionist her name is Kaitlin has always been so kind to me and more importantly my dogs and made them feel welcomed and loved and she would always come and pet them and talk to them like they were her own. She is the only reason that place is nice but as far as the doctor I would never recommend him to anyone

Dang! A 4.1 Review rating?! LOL! I find that hard to believe.* My wife took our Dane pup into the West Mountain Vet Hosp for examination of a serious skin rash. The Vet was Dr. Caron. Unfortunately for our pup, she got WORSE after Dr. Caron's examination, an injection, and prescribed medication that actually made her WORSE! On top of that, they charged us $400 for the visit & meds that made her worse.* When my wife contacted this hospital again regarding our pup getting WORSE, they suggested that we take our pup to a dermatologist! REALLY?!* Well, we took our pup to the Payson Family Pet Hospital, saw Dr. Grant, and VOILA! In only a few days our pup was getting better and better, and in a couple of weeks, her rash had totally cleared up! AND, they charged us HALF of what West Mountain Vet Hosp charged us, and Payson Family Pet Hospital's diagnosis, no injections, and prescribed meds, that actually WORKED! Go figure...* Thank you Dr. Grant and Payson Family Pet Hosp!** Well, I expect that the West Mtn Vet Hospital's office manager will write a scathing retort to my review here, claiming that they were in the right, and we were in the wrong, and blah-blah-blah ... It's expected ...*** BUT the truth of it IS; regardless of their retort, our pup got WORSE as a result of West Mtn Vet Hospital's diagnosis, injection & prescribed meds ...*** BUT, our pup DID GET BETTER after we took her to the Payson Family Pet Hospital ... better! Better! BETTER!* So 4.1 stars for the West Mountain Vet Hospital? I'd add that this score is inflated WAY too high ... Just my humble opinion ...

Very very disappointed… I knew better than to go to this vet, but a trusted friend recommended one of the doctors… my dog was totally misdiagnosed.. within a week she was worse, they charged me almost 400.00 when I took her to payson family veterinary they quickly diagnosed her with something completely different charged me half of what west mountain charged and within 4 days I started to see improvement… when I ask west mountain for a refund or a partial refund they tried to say she didn’t improve because I didn’t follow their instruction… never never will I ever refer anyone to west mountain…

We were unable to get in with our normal vet, but they recommended this location. We waited until 1 (when their site says they open) & stopped by. The staff was all late & we waited only to be told they didn’t have a vet coming in that could help us. Disappointed they didn’t have any emergency appointments available on a weekend.

0 stars. They misdiagnosed my dog and she got even worse within a week. When we went back to the vet they did not take ownership and directed us to try a vet in SLC (who charges $300 for a consult and was booked out 2 weeks). Ten days after requesting a call back from their manager we called them again and was assured we would receive a call back. This place is a ridiculous waste of time, energy and money.Save yourself the headache and go to Payson Family Pet Hospital. Better prices. Better veterinarians. Better service. The vet diagnosed our dog on the first visit and within a week she was already doing much better!

Horrific experience. Zero stars. They misdiagnosed our dog and she got significantly worse. They are impolite and unprofessional. We tried to call and resolve our concern multiple times and along with taking zero responsibility they were rude and discarding. They either need a whole new staff or should not be in business. Do not go here. Find a vet that actually has integrity and treats you and your fur baby with honesty, respect and follow-through.

The phrase, “you get what you pay for” applies here. While they charge more than other vets in the area. I feel the service you get makes up for it. I have brought my pets here over the last 15 years and they’ve always provided excellent service.
