When I went to Walmart they refused to let me buy both diapers for my daughter and pull ups for my son they made me choose and the manager lady called me a bad parent, very poor customer service and limiting items like pull-ups and diapers in such a way that makes parents choose which kid will be taken care of when you need to care for both is bad service

Walmart in Brigham City, UT has swiftly gone downhill. The overall appearance of the store makes it look more like a clearance center. The produce dept. never has enough bags available for your vegetable and fruit. The poor girl working the deli counter was near tears, saying she was having a very rough day as she was the only one in the department working that day- they were seriously understaffed. I walked by the pharmacy area and there was another employee crying behind a huge stack of about 20 crates, I asked her as well if she was ok...she said my co workers went on break together and left me alone to handle this!! I truly feel bad for your employees, having the weight of the world on their shoulders with zero team work! As a customer, your center aisles are over crowded with too many fixtures and makes it difficult to get around. Your public bathroom for my children was not up to par, no soap and no paper towels!! None of your cashiers smile, and I now realize why, they are overworked, underpaid and treated poorly by management. I am not sure who is running this store anymore, but wow...not doing so well at all...Your employees are miserable, your customers are looking elsewhere to shop to avoid your store all together. May I recommend Kents! it is a bit out of the way, but way worth the effort, always an excellent customer experience and a huge savings!! Walmart needs to clean up its act!! Get it together!

Today I ordered some prints of photos I had done for my husband on our anniversary in a couple weeks. These pictures were flirty but still very appropriate, otherwise I wouldn't have them publicly printed. when I made it to the photo counter, I saw a group of employees along with an assistant manager I recognized from my previous employment with Walmart. They were all going thhrough my pictures making rude and unsightly comments towards my pictures as they laughed. An employee approached to take my name and as she connected that they were my order she turned and began telling them all to stop as if I hadn't already noticed what they were doing. I have never been so humiliated. And management wasn't too open to helping address the issue. Corporate has been contacted.

Brought an item back I received as a gift with a receipt and they wouldn’t take it. Awful service.

As a truck driver I have stop here many times to shop with my truck or uber from nearby Love's or Flying J truck stops. Stop here yesterday Thursday 09/20/18 to buy some stuff, end up spending $177.14 in groceries and what not but the reason for the one star is because the boneless chops I bought were spoiled, exp date at 09/23/18 when I went to seasoned them I found out they were spoiled, now I can't just go back and returned or exchange them since I driven well below SLC, UT when I stop for the night, so be careful what you buy and check the expiration date, some hotdogs I pick up where expired by weeks since their exp was 09/08/18 or something like that so pay attention to those dates people.
