Staff are described as very polite, super sweet, helpful, friendly, accommodating, and willing to work with you. They usually give fair prices for stuff. Most customers report having no issues and find them always friendly, making visits quite enjoyable. They are recommended over the other pawn shop in town. There was one noted exception where a customer had a little difficulty with one employee regarding a ring, but this was an isolated incident. Overall, it is viewed as a very good place to do business with good people and fair pricing.
